Vibrant colors with lots of natural light greet guests as they step into the lobby of the Hayes Street Hotel. Less than three blocks off Broadway Avenue in the fashionable West End neighborhood, this boutique inn feels country-chic — think modern furnishings with Americana accents, like porch swings on the indoor-outdoor veranda and rotary-style phones in guest rooms.

The cool vibe is rounded out with loads of freebies like complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Other amenities include the on-site fitness center and Hayes Street Bar, where guests will find a mix of classic and newfangled cocktails — for instance, the Honky-Tonkin' Old Fashioned or the Hayes Street Kicker — as well as appetizers and small plates.

Guest rooms are comfortably appointed with one king or two queen beds, plus minifridges, coffee makers and light-up vanities in the bathrooms. There are also USB ports for all your devices, in addition to flat-screen HDTVs.

The trip was cancelled AND your computer system should know so why was I getting emails about flight status and hotel check in process during the originally scheduled dates. Get your act together.

Small, boutique hotel with friendly staff, located 25-35 minutes walk from major attractions and good food options nearby. Very friendly staff. No frills but everything you need plus live music some evenings in the lobby . Pleasant experience .

We came to Nashville for our daughters wedding shower hosted by a family member, we brought our Golden retriever with us. The staff was warm and welcoming to us and our dog. The location is great with access to all of Nashville's sights located minutes away. We are going back to Nashville in July and will most definitely stay there again. I highly recommend this hotel!

It was a great hotel in an awesome neighborhood close to the action. I would do this deal again in a heartbeat.

This hotel was well maintained, had a decent breakfast and work out center, and was in the perfect part of town. I hope this deal comes up again so I can do it again.

Great location, outside of the craziness that is Broadway, but still really convenient. Clean, friendly staff and comfortable beds.

Pros: the hotel is clean, rooms are nice, bartender was friendly, front desk check in experience was the best I’ve ever had (fast, minimal conversation). Cons: there is very little available street parking which forces you to purchase valet and it’s stupid expensive. I had two incorrect charges on my credit card and had to call. Left two messages with Amanda, the manager, which were never returned. The phone prompts sent me directly to her for questions about billing. Finally just spoke directly with the front desk. He was very friendly and refunded my money exactly as he explained he would.
Other Comments
Overall, my experience was positive. The over-billing was handled and the hotel really is a nice place to stay. The reason I would not recommend it is because of location and parking.

Room was nice but very noisy. Could hear everything in the neighbouring room and doors very loudly slam in the hallway. Only one breakfast option for low carb/low sugar diet - plain old boiled eggs.
Other Comments
Lobby has a nice funky artsy vibe.

The lighting in the bathroom could be better. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.
