"It is close to everything, as far as location goes. I got an e-mail saying you charged my credit card for $213.06, but I paid my half cash and my daughter paid her half by her credit card. It was my credit card that got charged, so I sure hope it gets credited back to my card."

No reason for the charges to go on my card at all, so not happy about that.

We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. Only downside (which is beyond best Western’s control) was the IHOP breakfast pricing was atrocious. Our bill was 100$ for two adults and two teen girls. We will never eat there again. Thank you for the stay like I said all else was great.

Rooms was big and very clean. Toiletries provided. Mini fridge in room. Good pressure in shower. Clifton Hill, Casino and Falls all within 5 - 10 minute walk. IHOP on site. Nice pool too. Arcade for the kids.

The room was large, the location was good, there was a pool, the staff responded when we needed something, with the travel zoo deal it was a good price.

I was not happy with the restaurant in the hotel. It is an ihop and concentrates mostly on breakfast food. It was very expensive. Because the hotel is almost downtown in the section of town that is like a midway or Las Vegas, all the restaurants and other activities are expensive. People on a budget can't afford that. I think that this kind of hotel could cater to people on a budget - by having a free breakfast or by providing a microwave and a mini fridge in the rooms. Why do you have to have an arcade in the lobby. The whole downtown area is an arcade, why can's people go back to their hotels and be away from that.
