Very attentive upon arrival. Was given a complimentary bottle of prosecco due to it being our Wedding Anniversary. According to the website the Bar shut at 1am but it seemed that it was between 11 & midnight. When we arrived back at 10.35 there was no-one in the Bar but we did have one drink although told to go in a different part of the Bar. When we went down to Breakfast we had to wait about 20 mins for a table. The reception staff were very polite & helpful. Overall a pleasurable stay at the Roseate.

A first class boutique hotel very close to Kensington Gardens and to both Lancaster Gate and Paddington underground stations. All of the staff were welcoming, friendly and most helpful and our executive room on the top floor was spacious, clean and equipped with all we needed for our 3 night stay. A special bonus was the Krups coffee machine complete with 6 cappuccino sachets each day which made superb coffee. We found the location was ideal as within 30 minutes we could walk to a good number of the more popular London sights and catch the tube from Lancaster gate a 5 minute stroll away for the remainder. A hearty and tasty cooked breakfast set us up each day for our travels and sightseeing and the included afternoon tea was simply divine and the best we have had anywhere else in the world! Roseate House is an excellent boutique hotel in every respect and we hope to be able to stay there on our next trip to London

Simply wonderful. Customer service first class and lovely boutique hotel! Breakfast superb and the evening meal we had was equally tasty and beautifully presented. The hotel gave us a bottle of prosecco as it was out wedding anniversary - we have nothing but sincere compliments for this hotel!

Lovely place though we were in what was described as a garden room, but only view we had was of a storage, come we think boiler type room & brick walls! Also the underground as going down & not up there were rumblings! While initial staff were friendly, they were sparse on the ground later. We came back to hotel for drinks & eventually had to ask chap on reception for service. Next morning again breakfast while delicious & plenty full no one around for quite a while to explain how they served it as it was part self service & part served!

This was our first trip to London and we wanted stay somewhere central so we could get around easily. The Roseate House was a perfect fit for us. We really loved staying at this place - so many little things that made it feel special: breakfast was great, amenities in the room, afternoon tea. Should we return to London, we would consider returning.
