Overview
The Mosaic Hotel just off Wilshire Boulevard has long been considered one of Beverly Hills' hidden gems. Small and cozy, this boutique hotel manages to pack in lots of great amenities, like a lovely outdoor pool surrounded by free, serviced cabanas, a restaurant and bar and a very small fitness center.
Rooms may be a bit snug, but the amenities are top notch, like posh Italian linens, feather beds, upscale toiletries and free Wi-Fi. A car service will take guests to areas of interest within 3 miles of the hotel, a plus since the Sunset Strip nightlife is just 10 minutes away.
The on-site restaurant serves basic California-style cuisine. It's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also services the free cabanas by the pool. Though kids are welcome, there isn't really much for them to do here. This is great choice for couples or friends looking to do serious shopping and who enjoy intimate, upscale surroundings.
