I thought the location and value for money in London is excellent!

£4 fora large bottle of still water is a bit silly but otherwise I thought your staff are always very welcoming and friendly.

We had a slight problem in the restaurant as we are vegetarian and checked out the menu in advance the night before our stay, on the night we stayed we tried to order what we had seen on the website and were told the menu changed two days previously but had not been updated on line and did not include what we wanted. This led to an unsatisfactory alternative and we were not happy paying £32 for noodles but felt we had no sufficient choice.

The photo looked ok - taken from Regents Park - but the hotel entrance is at the back and if I'd seen that side of the hotel in the photo I wouldn't have booked.

We had upgraded the deal to a superior room. At check in we were given a standard room, and were told that the rooms had been 'reclassified' but they reluctantly said we had a king size bed. The room wasn't superior and the bed wasn't king size. Again, when asking for the free drink as part of the deal, I was made to feel awkward and left standing at reception while they discussed and looked at me, reluctantly given a voucher and told "you can't have another one" even though we had booked 2 nights. on our last day, the maid knocked on the door and asked us to check out, we told her we had a 2pm check out and she obviously didn't know. Altogether a disappointing stay.
