The Marriott Courtyard Atlantic City underwent an interior renovation in 2015, guaranteeing that rooms are clean and comfortable. Additionally, past guests find the front desk staff friendly and helpful. The valet service, which costs $12 per day, is also easily accessible. Although some recommend parking in nearby lots to save on the cost, these are public, unmonitored areas.
Without a casino in the hotel itself, this Marriott Courtyard location is perfect for those who want to be a bit farther away from Atlantic City’s traffic. The beach and the boardwalk are two blocks away. After reaching the boardwalk, guests can turn north to reach several casinos, which are filled with eateries and shopping. The historic Steel Pier, which is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel, is also located on the boardwalk north of the hotel. It offers more than 25 rides, helicopter tours, an arcade and typical boardwalk fare. The Atlantic City Art Center and Atlantic City Historical Museum are located just past the pier.
With so many attractions accessible on foot, it’s easy to get lulled into staying out later than expected. Be sure to be attentive to your surroundings when returning to the hotel.
