Getting in to central Bath is a doddle: the buses run from just outside the door and are very frequent. It's in a relatively quiet location and we didn't hear any noise from our neighbours.

Ambience of a period property

De luxe Bedroom with four poster bed was very spacious . Bed very comfy. Walk in wet room shower was maybe a bit too “wet” as it splashed the en-suite toilet ! Breakfast was excellent with a full choice of freshly cooked hot dishes and a wide buffet style selection of cereals juices and even champagne.

The hotel is warm and comfortable and retains its historical charm. It’s in a perfect location to explore Bath as there is an excellent bus service from outside the hotel into the city centre in only 10-15 minutes.
