The Stella Di Mare Resort & Spa is set right on swanky Na’ama Bay -- perfect for accessing the best of Sharm El Sheikh’s diving and snorkelling. And with a children’s pool (one of three), kids’ club and babysitting service (charges apply), families are well catered for.
There’s a private beach with its own bar, a 9-hole golf course, a PADI dive centre and a jetty from which you can drop straight into the sea. Na’ama Bay is famous for its excellent diving and snorkelling spots, while Tiran Island, known for its wrecks and reefs, can be reached by boat -- excursions set out to the island each day.
Na’ama Bay has a number of upmarket restaurants and bars, but if you’re back at the hotel, dining options include a buffet, a Mediterranean restaurant, and a clifftop Asian restaurant (with sushi bar) overlooking the Red Sea. There are three bars -- we recommend cocktails in the 7th-floor Bella Vista Lounge, which has panoramic views. If you’re tired of the pool, head for the spa, which has a steam bath, Turkish bath, saunas, hydrotherapy showers, and indoor and outdoor Jacuzzis (charges apply).
Rooms are decorated in simple modern style -- Deluxe Rooms have a king-size or twin beds, a TV, free Wi-Fi, bathrobes and slippers, and either a private balcony or terrace. Super Deluxe Rooms give direct access to the beach, while Panoramic Deluxe Rooms overlook the sea. For separate living space and a sofa bed, opt for the Stella Suite.
