Why We Love This Hotel
- The Inn is nestled among the iconic boutiques and galleries of Cape Cod

- Indoor pool is flooded with natural light from skylights
- Persy's Place, the on-site eatery, is home to New England's largest breakfast menu
In traditional Cape Cod fashion, the grey-shingled Inn on the Square nudges up to the sidewalk, presenting its pretty façade to passersby. Steps from Falmouth’s quaint downtown, the hotel offers a basic and comfortable stay.
Its location can’t be beat; downtown Falmouth is exactly what one would imagine of a seaside New England village, with streets lined with galleries, boutiques and seafood restaurants. Just outside the inn is the Cape Cod Shining Sea Bike Path, which runs for a scenic 10 miles. Visitors who didn’t think to bring bicycles can rent them from the hotel.
Guestrooms are simple and perhaps a bit dated, unsurprisingly appointed in nautically inspired décor. Rooms feature complimentary Wi-Fi. Select a King Guestroom with a Jacuzzi or a One-Bedroom Suite for a slightly more lavish stay. The Inn features a indoor pool in a room full of skylights, a private courtyard and a sundeck.
Wander to the Falmouth Village Green Historic District, the town center since 1756 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Architecture and history buffs will appreciate the Colonial and Federal-style buildings, while others may simply drink in the charm. Falmouth beaches are within 2 miles of the hotel.
