From the minute guests arrive at The Signature, they'll notice it aims to be the antidote to a typical Las Vegas experience. The entire 4.5-star property is non-smoking, and the lobby is casino-free. The three glowing golden towers have a private, cabana-lined pool, a well-equipped fitness center and a full-service spa. Upscale suites provide plenty of space to invite along friends, use kitchenettes' high-end appliances and spread out in a separate sitting area.
For visitors looking to avoid the rowdy, late-night activity rampant in most of the local hotels, The Signature provides a welcome respite. When it’s time to get in on the action, take a 10-minute walk down the covered hallway connecting this hotel with the glitz and glamour of the MGM Grand. During summer months, party the day away at Wet Republic -- a massive daytime pool party. Or spend your winnings at the Michelin Guide 3-star and Forbes 5-star restaurant, Joel Robuchon. Just outside the front entrance of MGM Grand lies the world-famous Las Vegas Strip with nightlife, bars and plenty of dining and shopping options.

Extra occupant fee for guests over the age of 18 is $20.00 (subject to tax, per person per night) and will be added to the total price at check-out.

A resort fee of $41.95 per night (inclusive of tax) applies; it includes Wi-Fi, valet parking (one car per room), newspaper in lobby, daily housekeeping (between 10am-5pm), fitness centers, MGM pool complex, Signature pools and in-suite coffee.
There is a $28.35 fee for any change to the reservation at least 48 hours prior to arrival, and no changes can be made within 48 hours of arrival. There is a $25 early check-in fee to check in between 12pm and 2:30pm, based on availability on day of arrival.
Cancellation: Cancellation policy & booking conditions vary by 'rate plan'. These will be displayed on the payment page after you have searched for your dates and selected a rate.
Please call the hotel within 24 hours of booking to confirm your deposit and payment.
All changes to reservations, including room location, check in/out, date, etc must be called into LSI at +1 702 310 3737. The front desk cannot make any changes to your reservation.
