On arrival in Lima, you'll go to your hotel near the exclusive Miraflores district. On day two, you'll meet your tour leader and enjoy a walking tour of the city. Later in the day, you'll head to Paracas Bay, well known for its abundant wildlife and the following day, you'll take a boat trip to the spectacular Ballestas Islands.

After breakfast on day four, you'll meet your flight to Arequipa, situated at the foot of the snow-capped El Misto Volcano. The following day, you'll take a walking tour of the city's main historic sites and this evening, enjoy a traditional Peruvian-style dinner at a local picanteria.

Leaving Arequipa behind, you'll travel to Colca Canyon, where you'll ascend to the highest point of your trip—4800 metres. From here, you can look across the Andes and spot the Ubinas, Mismi, Misti, Chachani, Sabancaya (active), and Ampato volcanos. This afternoon, you will head to the quaint village of Chivay, where you'll stay for the evening.

On the morning of day seven, you'll travel towards the 'Cruz Del Condor', a lookout point to see Condors flying over the canyon. From here, you'll head to Puno, where you'll spend the evening and the following day, you'll enjoy a tour of Lake Titicaca, 3820 metres above sea level. On a motorboat ride across the lake, you'll stop at Uros Titinos, a floating artificial island made entirely from reeds. Later, you'll head to your homestay, where you'll be hosted by a local family offering insights into daily life here.

On day nine, you'll take a boat ride out to Taquile Island and on day ten, you'll set off for Cusco to discover some of the colonial town's lesser-known sites. After breakfast on day 12, you'll travel to the Sacred Valley, a lush, fertile valley that has long been the primary food source for the high Andes. Later in the day, your tour continues to the town of Ollantaytambo and this afternoon, you'll be transferred to your hotel in the Sacred Valley.

On day 13, you'll discover the Maras Salt Ponds and the circular terraces of Moray. After this you'll take the tourist train towards Aguas Calientes - one of the most beautiful journeys visitors can experience in Peru. You'll stay in Aguas Calientes for the evening. After breakfast on day 14, you will be taken to Machu Picchu, the lost city of the Incas. Your tour guide will show you the most important sectors of this incredible Inca City, such as the great Intiwatana (solar clock) and the Sun Temple. After your tour, you'll return to Aguas Calientes before taking the train back to Ollantaytambo and onto your hotel in Cusco.

After breakfast on day 15, you'll meet your flight to Puerto Maldonado, your gateway to the Amazon Jungle. Your journey begins with a 25-minute boat ride along the clay-coloured Madre de Dios River to your hidden jungle lodge, the Inkaterra Hacienda Concepcion. At dusk, you'll take a guided Twilight River boat ride to discover the nocturnal happenings of the rainforest.

The following day, you'll take a dug-out canoe to Lake Sandoval, abundant with incredible wildlife and in the afternoon, join a canopy walk to view the rainforest from above. After dinner, you'll head into the forest armed with flashlights in search of nighttime species.

On day 17, you'll say goodbye to the Amazon and meet your flight back to Lima, where you will spend the evening. Your Peruvian adventure ends the following day after breakfast.
