Begin your trip by exploring Osaka's blend of modern and old-world architecture. Continue east to Nara - Japan's first capital city - where you'll visit the 8th century giant buddha statue and then walk through Nara Park, famous for its 1200-strong herd of deer. You'll then spend time in Kyoto where you'll visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site listed Golden Pavilion, Nijo Castle and Togetsu-kyo Bridge - offering exceptional views of the towering Arashiyama Mountain range. You'll then travel on the iconic Shinkansen bullet train to Yamahanashi where you'll explore Ashinoko Lake, Oishi Park and Mount Fuji 5th Station which offers incredible views of the Fuji Five Lakes area. The tour concludes with two nights in Tokyo where you'll explore the multi-faceted city that combines ancient traditions with modern technology and exceptional cuisine.
