Hôtel La Citadelle Metz MGallery By Sofitel is a 4-star hotel located near the cultural and historical centre of Metz. The city, along with its cathedral, is renowned for having a strong "Michelin star–studded dining scene" (Lonely Planet).
Centre Pompidou-Metz, a museum of modern and contemporary arts, is situated in the new Amphithéâtre area, a 15-minute walk from the hotel. There is also an old town built from golden Jeumont stone. Porte des Allemands, a 13th-century town wall fortress and bridge is 20 minutes' walk away.
