Overview

The Hilton Whistler Resort and Spa is a 4-star resort in Whistler Village, just steps from the Whistler Village Gondola and Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola. The village has a great selection of clothing stores, souvenir shops, bars, cafes and ice cream parlours.

The hotel has an outdoor heated swimming pool and hot tub with views of the surrounding mountains, as well as a sauna, an indoor hot tub and a 24-hour gym. Check out the Taman Sari Royal Heritage Spa, the only authentic Javanese Spa in North America, which uses traditional Indonesian herbal medicine for healing.

Breakfast and dinner are served in the hotel's Cinnamon Bear Grille, with a focus on Pacific Northwest cuisine like a grilled B.C. salmon burger. Starting at 11 a.m., the Cinnamon Bear Bar serves food and is also a good option for apres-ski drinks on the large outdoor patio.

All bedrooms have free Wi-Fi and studio-style rooms have kitchen facilities with a microwave, a fridge, stove tops, cookware and dishes.

room was not as advertised. the "suite" was a regular room with a kitchenette, not as large as advertised, no deck. Seems like the travel zoo deals get the view of the parking lot every time... dispite promises

The fact that I received nothing from Hilton. As a diamond member of their program I should have received certain amenities and because I booked with travelzoo I got nothing. No one told me this and you should have

Great location, clean rooms, comfy beds!
Other Comments
Underground parking was kind of a disaster. Barely any spots, really cramped and parking lot was filled with spots that were full of old mattresses, cabinets etc from Reno’s

Excellent location but being that we got a "deal" booking through Travel Zoo the room was just O.K. bottom floor bed not too comfortable. So unfortunely a cheep price does not make for a nice room and location in the hotel.

Valet Parking should include luggage assistance and vacuum. Would have paid for car cleaning or detailing.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite.
Other Comments
I could not find the hotel, which is not the hotel’s fault. Signage in Whistler is confusing. Then my friend and I got lost on the underground parking as there are renovations taking place and the signs directing one to the lobby are very poor. The breakfast menu lists a “buffet”. Not that I wanted this but there was no buffet. And the music in this restaurant at breakfast time was too loud and inappropriate. They did try to do something about this.
