Set in the picturesque town of Guebwiller along the historic Alsace Wine Route, Hotel Restaurant de l'Ange is ideally placed for exploring the nearby vineyard-filled villages and the lush Vosges mountain range, with its hiking trails, biking routes and ski resorts. The hotel is a short stroll from Guebwiller’s cultural centre, housed in a former Dominican abbey, and a 15-minute walk from the town’s Romanesque church. Museum-packed Mulhouse and Colmar, known for its cobblestone streets and medieval architecture, are both within 30 minutes’ drive of the hotel.
Colourful window boxes line the front of Hotel Restaurant de l'Ange, which opens to bright, informal interiors. There’s a pink-painted restaurant finished with Art Deco-style murals, which serves local specialities, as well as a wood-panelled lounge bar hosting regular live music and opening to a terrace area.
Simple guestrooms feature wood floors and come with free Wi-Fi, TVs, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. Some rooms include balconies with hillside views.
