This 21-storey hotel is in the heart of Cardiff and has far-reaching city views. It's in a prime position for shopping -- it's just across the road from the John Lewis department store and moments from the shops of the Hayes. The St David's shopping centre, which is home to around 200 stores and a number of eateries, is also just a stroll away, as is St David's Hall, the National Concert Hall and Wales Millennium Centre.
The hotel's central location and excellent transport links makes it a good base for exploring the city and beyond. Both Cardiff Central and Cardiff Queen Street railway stations are within walking distance. The Motorpoint Arena Cardiff is less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel, while Cardiff Castle, which has a rich history that spans 2,000 years, is just half a mile away.
There are plenty of bars and eateries nearby, plus the hotel has its own light and airy restaurant that serves modern British cuisine. Younger guests can enjoy a special children's menu that features familiar favourites including burgers, pasta and pizza. After dinner, you can enjoy your favourite tipple at the hotel bar, which has views of the city skyline.
The 215 bright and contemporary rooms have complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. Many of the upgraded rooms that are situated on higher floors have impressive views of the city skyline and the hills beyond. Some of the higher-category business rooms and suites also have extras such as Nespresso coffee machines and offer access to the hotel's business-class lounge.
