El Cozumeleno Beach Resort is located on the white sandy beaches of northern Cozumel. The 252-room, all-inclusive resort is the perfect place for families and people looking for an affordable vacation.
Rooms are spacious with a furnished balcony or terrace and ocean views. The resort offers free snorkeling lessons, introductory scuba diving, kayaking and bicycle tours. For an additional cost, guests can go deep sea fishing, rent Jet Skis and parasail. Families can take advantage of the kids club, mini golf course and babysitting services. There are also five pools, including one with a swim-up bar, and a shaded pool if relaxing is more on your agenda.
The Cozumel Country Club is located across the street from the resort and has the only golf course on the island. The 18-hole Jack Nicklaus-designed course offers a discount to guests of El Cozumeleno plus golf lessons by PGA pros.
There are two restaurants and three bars on property. La Veranda is the hotel’s formal dining restaurant with a different menu nightly (a la carte only). El Cocal is an outdoor buffet and a la carte-style restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you’re looking for a night out, downtown Cozumel is only a 10-minute drive from the resort.
