Overview

After a $550 million renovation, Park MGM Las Vegas is now welcoming guests with brand-new rooms and new dining and entertainment options at a prime location on the Las Vegas Strip.

All of the newly remodeled rooms are adorned with original artwork and stylish window seating featuring park or pool views. Health-conscious travelers can reserve Stay Well rooms complete with air purification systems, vitamin-C shower infusers and circadian lighting.

New arrivals like Eataly, the swanky Bavette's Steakhouse & Bar, Best Friend and Primrose are all poised to become standout dining destinations. Eataly is the largest Italian marketplace in the world and features mores than a dozen authentic Italian eateries. Best Friend by Roy Choi brings a Korean-Mexican fusion along with an eclectic mix of hip-hop and pop music. Juniper Cocktail Lounge and Moneyline Sports Bar & Book round out the offerings with cocktail bars fit for casual social gatherings. Guests in the mood for high-end nightlife will enjoy On The Record, the new speakeasy and club recently opened in December. 

Centrally located on the Strip, the resort is within walking distance of many of Sin City’s attractions. With three pools and two pool bars, the property's new pool complex is a great spot to spend a sunny day.

Minimum age required to check in: 21.

Checkout: Standard Time is 11am.

Children and additional guests: Crib/Pack 'n Play available upon request: free of charge.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra occupant fee for guests regardless of age is $35.00 (subject to tax, per person per night) and will be added to the total price at check-out.
Extra bed available on request and in King Rooms only: $30.00 (subject to tax) per night for children, $35.00 (subject to tax) for adults. Charges will be added to your bill at the hotel.

Pets:

  • Up to 2 dogs with a maximum combined weight of less than 100 pounds.
  • A fee of $75 per day, per dog, will be applied to your room account.
  • Due to health code regulations, we regret that dogs, except for guide dogs, are not allowed in any food and beverage outlets, the Spa, or pool areas. Dogs are permitted in hotel rooms and authorized grounds only.
  • Your dog cannot be left unattended in your guest room at any time unless placed in a kennel or carrier.
  • Dogs must be fully house trained.
  • Please contact our Concierge staff for any pet needs, including grooming or sitting services, as well as where you can dine with your furry friend.
  • Your dog must be kept on a leash when it is in the hotel or on the hotel property unless it is in your room.
  • Any disturbances, such as barking, must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
  • A designated outdoor area is available for your dog(s). Waste disposal dispensers are available at the designated location.

Fees: A resort/facility fee of $41.95 inclusive of tax, per night will be added to the total price of your stay upon check out.

Additional details: The hotel offers Valet Parking for $24.00 (subject to tax), per day or Self-Parking for $15.00 (subject to tax) per day. Parking fees may be higher during special events. Charges will be added to your bill at the hotel. These rates are subject to change without notice and at the discretion of the property.

A nightly incidental hold of $100.00 with a maximum of $200.00 (subject to tax) will be placed on the credit card presented upon check-in. Any unused portion of the hold will be released upon check-out and, based on your bank or financial institution, could take 7-14 days for the funds to be completely released. The incidental hold amount is subject to change without notice and at the discretion of the property.

Eataly! Good remodel of the old Monte Carlo. The fitness center is huge and offers lots of equipment. Lots of modern details in the new Park MGM.

Nicely remodeled hotel with many great dining options on site. Convenient Starbucks when entering the casino from the room elevators.

The check-in experience, while unique, was full of bugs. We found out that we were the beta test for the electronic che k-in. Ok I can handle that, it has to start somewhere, however, we had to wait FOUR HOURS before our second room was available. That is totally and completely UNACCEPTABLE.

Wasn't aware they were doing construction during our stay. Should have done more research. Website noted that rooms had been updated, but hotel was still very much under construction. The work being done outside the hotel did not bother us. But at 5:00 am, it sounded like furniture was being put together right next to our room...loud banging, moving and drilling. Could hear it all down our hallway. Staff was super helpful and moved us. Did not like the electronic check in kiosks. Did not feel welcoming. Room walls were very thin and could hear toilets flushing and showers running. Hotel was nice and I would like to see it when it's finished, but will probably sleep elsewhere.

I was disappointed to find after I'd booked the reservation that there is an additional resort fee. I used none of the resort amenities as I was there on business for a short time. I wish I had known this fee was going to be tacked on before I booked.
