In north Norfolk, Cromer Country Club is a family-friendly resort that offers easy access to Cromer's sandy beach, Victorian pier and amusement arcades.
Some of Cromer's buildings date to the medieval period but most of the resort's landmarks are Victorian. Cromer was a fashionable seaside retreat in the 19th century for its wide sandy beach and wooden pier. The pier, which is now home to a restaurant, a bar and a theatre that puts on traditional end-of-the-pier shows, scooped the Pier of the Year award in 2015. Family-friendly activities include swimming, surfing, stand-up paddle boarding and go karting. Don't miss a Cromer crab sandwich or salad, served at one of the many seafront cafés.
The hillside Cromer Country Club features an indoor pool, and a fitness centre with a sauna and a steam room (additional fees apply). Additional leisure facilities include a picnic area, table tennis tables, a croquet lawn and a snooker table (additional fees apply).
The restaurant serves dishes made from local ingredients and also offers a takeaway service. There are supermarkets within a 5-minute walk if you're making use of the in-room kitchen facilities.
The apartments sleep between two and six people, and each features a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, a hob, a fridge, a toaster and a kettle. TVs with DVD players come as standard and cots are available on request. Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee.
All guests will receive a complimentary breakfast pack for up to four people, including bread, orange juice, milk, butter and jam.

Cancellation: Cancellation policy & booking conditions vary by 'rate plan'. These will be displayed on the payment page after you have searched for your dates and selected a rate.
The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented at the time of check-in, along with a valid photo ID for verification. The name on the reservation must match the name of the guest who is checking in. If guest is unable to provide the credit card for verification, a credit card authorization form must be sent to the resort by the cardholder prior to check-in, or an alternative credit card must be presented along with a valid photo ID matching the cardholder name for verification. If an alternative card is used, any advance deposit previously collected on the credit card used to book the reservation will be refunded to the card on file and payment including the advance deposit will be obtained on the credit card presented by the guest at check-in. Failure to provide validation of payment will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
A refundable security deposit of £100 per apartment is required upon arrival, and will be charged directly by the hotel. This deposit is obligatory and must be paid with a valid debit or credit card. Please note that cash is not accepted.
Requests for wheelchair accessible accommodation must be confirmed by the resort. Please provide a printed copy of your booking confirmation on arrival. The property is located on a hill and some areas have steps. Please contact the property directly for further information.

Apartments are not cleaned on a daily basis. The number of cleans depends on the length of stay. Extra cleaning services are available for an additional fee.

Parking spaces are limited to one per room. No heavy goods vehicles or commercial vehicles including vans are allowed in the car park at any time.

* Unit refurbishment works will be undertaken September 2017 - December 2017 between the hours of 8am until 6pm. This may cause noise disturbance. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
* The sports hall will be closed for refurbishment from 1 January to 30 April 2018. Badminton, xbox and table tennis will not be available during this time.
* The pool will be closed for maintenance from 3 January to 10 February 2018.
* Work to replace fascias and soffits on the Hair & Beauty Salon will take place from 3 January to 8 February 2018.
* Drain maintenance work will take place from 5 February to 2 March 2018.
* Exterior painting work will take place from 21 May to 29 June 2018.
* Apartment refurbishments will take place from 10 November to 31 December 2018.
* Essential ventilation work will take place across the resort throughout 2018.
* The sun terrace will be closed for emergency maintenance work until further notice.
Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly. Should a reservation be made for guests in a hen or stag party, the party will not be able to check-in and will not receive a refund. Should your conduct or that of any of your party during the course of your stay give resort management cause for concern, an additional payment of £1000 will be required by way of security deposit. This deposit will be refunded to you in full at the end of your stay provided that no damage has been caused. In serious cases, the resort reserves the right to evict guests whose anti-social behaviour affects the family-friendly atmosphere of the resort. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
