Avoid the crowds in other areas of Sonoma County and escape to the charming family-owned Geyserville Inn, surrounded by vineyards. Guest rooms in the main building were renovated in 2013 and all rooms have down comforters and Frette bathrobes. Suites provide a private entrance, hardwood floors and deep soaking tubs.

Next door, the 100-year-old Geyserville Grille provides the ideal outdoor setting with a deck for dining alfresco. If you order a salad or sandwich, be sure and try the apple vinaigrette. Breakfast is also served here with omelettes and French toast being favorite items.

Stroll downtown Geyserville, home to art galleries and tasting rooms, then head back to the inn for a dip in the outdoor pool. Drive 10 minutes to the Dry Creek Valley, most famous for its zinfandel and sauvignon blanc, while the cooling influences help the neighboring Alexander Valley produce a great cabernet sauvignon.

The location is phenomenal! It is surrounded by vineyards with views of the nearby hills. The whole area is clean and landscaping is well groomed. Above all, it is very quiet and serene.

Our suite was large with two rooms, fireplace, jetted tub two vanities, two elevated decks, and views that will not be forgotten. Three days were not enough. Perfect location for touring Alexander Valley, Sonoma and Napa.

Excellent restaurant in town and close to several good wineries. The Inn was comfortable and had a nice porch to sit out and enjoy in the evening.
    Other Comments
Everything was clean and comfortable. However, the sink had a water drip, the water pressure in the shower was weak, and the toilet could use a plunger.
