The Mirage Resort & Casino occupies prime real estate in the center of the Las Vegas Strip, placing guests within walking distance of Sin City’s most popular attractions while also offering a tropical oasis away from the party scene. A volcano towers over the AAA 4-Diamond property’s main entrance and reveals wonders like a dolphin habitat and a secret garden that is home to Siegfried & Roy’s White Tigers, White Lions and Leopards.

All guest rooms are equipped with blackout blinds, iHome radios, flat-screen TVs, mini bars and either two queens or one king bed. Guests can upgrade to suites with additional amenities like private balconies with plunge pools, illuminated walk-in closets and bathrooms with soaking tubs and separate showers.

The five-acre pool deck features waterfalls, lagoons, lounge chairs, cabanas, hot tubs, two bars and an adults-only playground with Euro-style sunbathing and live DJs. When hunger strikes, guests have a wide range of dining options to choose from without leaving the property. The resort includes choices to fit all budgets like the Carnegie Delicatessen, Hong Kong-style seafood at Fin and James Beard Award-winning Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak, where a meat-centric menu is prepared in the open kitchen.

Cirque du Soleil’s tribute to The Beatles, “Love,” is performed to a sold out crowd each night and guests can also catch Howie Mandel, Boyz II Men and Bill Maher live on-site. The property’s 100,000-square-foot gaming floor features slots, table games, sports betting, a poker room and a high-limit lounge. Guests have complimentary access to the fitness center and spa facilities or can book face and body treatments for additional relaxation.

Room 6116 was dated - room had a musty, stinky smell, the air conditioning barely cooled, chair looked to be 20+ years old, dirty carpet, USB chsrging outlet did not work. The Pantry restaurant never answered the phone on four different occasions when I called for room service. We never ate ate the resort because of poor service.

Location and nice room.

Hotel signage was a bit confusing. Some signs to parking said guest parking and others said self-parking. That made it ambiguous when you were headed the right way. It would have also helped if inside the hotel over the primary exits it said “main entrance” and “north entrance”.

When we arrived, we're told our room is not ready and they don't have any idea when it will be ready. We're given the choice to upgrade for an extra $30 to a Stay Well room. We're told the rooms on the 12th floor have all been upgraded and are quiet. The room is big, but it has too many electronic gadgets that we have to learn how to operate. The bathroom is so small and crammed. Lastly we could hear noises for the hallway.

The fact that they advertise their animal exhibit on your page however there's a completely different charge to go in. Also, apparently their fridge or bar whatever you want to call it is scale based. So, if you pick something up to look at it (which I did a couple of times) you are charged for that product. There is no mention of that when you check in. We were also suppose to get a king size bed and ended up with two queens. We were told first come first served basis when we checked in but don't recall seeing that on your website.still have to evaluate this statement handed to me as I believe they charged me a resort fee "twice"
