Great experience all around. Beautiful, clean room with well appointed and clean kitchen. Best breakfast buffet I’ve seen at a Residence Inn - offerings far beyond the usual including fresh fruit and greens, meats, cheeses, and more. All staff very congenial and helpful.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast was excellent. One of the largest free breakfast buffets I’ve seen at a hotel.

The hotel offers awesome views of the city and despite being on Broadway and a 10 minute walk to Times Square, the rooms quiet.

Room was clean but a bit small as was the bathroom.

The room was large with a fridge and microwave for left overs. View was awesome, breakfast was special.

It was a good stay for the value for sure. We did have suggestions regarding hotel staff and their knowledge of the travelzoo deal. When we checked in - no one informed us or reminded us of the discount with Nosh or the $25 credit we have through the hotel's market place. We had to ask to confirm later in the day when we realized we could use some extra bottles of water/drinks and snacks. When we got to Nosh, it was closed so we couldn't check to see if we could take avail of the 20% discount that came with our deal. The breakfast buffet was great and served a good variety of items. The fridge in the room didn't work but the freezer did so we used that to keep our drinks cold. It is interesting that the kitchenette had pots and pans but no stove or burners and utensils. We didn't cook but thought it odd to house those items when there wasn't anything to cook with except a microwave. Overall, we'd stay in the hotel again if we wanted to be in midtown Manhattan for the value of the deal and size of the room.

My wife and I took a short trip to NYC for a weekend. We booked through Travelzoo and got a great deal. We had never stayed at this hotel so expectations were tempered but it completely exceeded all of our expectations.

The gentleman who checked us in (Cyril) was extremely professional and gracious.

I was on the 61st floor. There was some kind of noise coming through the vents/walls/ceiling that I thought might be from the elevators but I was not sure. It was intermittent and I was surprised I could hear anything elevator related because my room was not right near the elevators. I don’t think the sound was from outside but I’d be curious to know if other guests have mentioned it.

Hotel was great, rooms were large by NY standards. Great view from our room of Central Park. Very convenient location for our group going to a Broadway show and some other activities.

Hotel is fabulous (great value for price, room was ready early, allowed a noon checkout); breakfast was wonderful, but had problems trying to take advantage of additional features: I received mixed messages from staff on how to take advantage of Market voucher (could only use on candy or small bags of chips-all supposedly $5/ea,) no alcohol purchases allowed, entire food freezer was empty) and 20% Nosh discount was never applied, full price posted to room and no receipt when asked for ‘proof of putchase’ at checkout.

It has great wiews and location

My daughter and I wanted to get away before she went back to college and after the holiday mayhem. We loved everything about our trip, shows, plays, site seeing, great food, museums, but what made our trip super special was the staff at the Marriott Residence Inn/Central Park. I mean everyone was so helpful and kind from checking in a little early to our great breakfast staff. The concierge was also helpful from great eateries and directions. Our housekeeping gal Mildred was very attentive too. Many thanks to all!

The Residence Inn is a perfect place to stay, because of it's location, cleanliness, superb staff, and the rooms were fabulous. The room had a perfect view. The breakfast was like icing on the cake, it was so nice starting your day with a great coffee bar, and food that would keep you going for all the site seeing throughout the day.
