Very nice quiet place but to hot this time of year.

Went to Bok Tower with a couple of friends. The grounds are beautiful. The staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Perfect way to spend the day.

Just a beautiful place in Florida. Because of the mountainous views, it is hard to believe it's Florida. Beautiful gardens and a singing tower.::it is absolutely incredible.

We absolutely enjoyed our time at Bok Tower Gardens! The grounds are beautifully scenic, with several benches thoughtfully placed throughout, allowing visitors to rest or simply take in the serene surroundings. There are countless nooks and crannies to explore, making each visit a delightful discovery. The El Retiro Estate is definitely worth touring—the volunteers are incredibly knowledgeable about both the estate and its original owner, Mr. Charles Buck. For the best experience, bring a blanket to relax on the Great Lawn near the Tower and enjoy the live carillon concerts at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.. From the entrance gate to the visitor center desk, the staff was welcoming and well-informed, enhancing our visit. Also, be sure to take a moment to watch the 8-minute video in the theater behind the visitor center—it provides a wonderful introduction to the history and significance of Bok Tower Gardens. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enriching day!

The visitor's center and museum and the gardens were beautiful and very well maintained.

Beautiful gardens! Peaceful setting with lots of different types of plants and flowers. The tower is stunning! The stone is just gorgeous. We toured El Retiro - the mansion and it was cool to see the different furnishings, appliances and decor.The cafe on premises has delicious food and beverage options. Everything was fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend a visit to BokTower Gardens.

It was a wonderful experience to watch the carillon bells being played in the outdoor viewing area on the tv then meeting the very talented gentlemen who played the music.

The camellias and azaleas were in bloom. WE could hear the carillon playing through our stroll in the gardens. The home El Retiro was very interesting. A great afternoon.

New to the area, Bok Towers was recommended and glad we went with friends. A perfect day to explore nature in the gardens for first timers. We were greeted by a flowing Japanese lantern plant, and we all fell in love with the lantern flowers. We enjoyed the area around the Tower and took lots of pictures. Highly recommend the cafe to eat. Great food choices, delicious, and met the needs of our gluten free friend. Going to return as we didn't see everything because we had to leave early. Can't wait.

4 Senior Ladies had a beautiful day! It's worth the drive from Saint Pete out to the Gardens. We would not have known about the Gardens without the Groupon so it was a total win/win!

You pay at the drive-in entrance with about a mile drive in through citrus groves before reaching the parking lot. Start at the visitors center which has restrooms and a museum. The cafe and gift shop are also nearby before beginning your walk (or ending as you make your way to your car). Just a note: check their website for when a live person is playing the carillon (the carillonneur) (FAQ when can you hear the bells). He comes out of the Tower afterwards to interact with the crowd.

Bok Tower Gardens is a wonderful place to see beautiful flowers and enjoy a bit of nature. The tower chimes are a pleasure to listen to. The Blue Palmetto Cafe has great food and good service. We hope to receive more deals so we can go back again.

March is the perfect time of year to visit Bok Tower Gardens. Love the fact that it’s pet friendly. The food at the cafe was outstanding!

Buying and redeeming tickets was easy. We purchased them on a whim the morning of our visit.

Bok Tower Gardens is lovely. Next time we plan to spend more time walking the longer trails. We will also bring a picnic.

Beautiful gardens ,very peaceful. Lots of trails to explore. Bok Tower was amazing! We got to hear the beautiful sound of the bells. We also enjoyed the El Retiro house. Lunch at the restaurant was enjoyable too. Definitely worth a day trip.

Spring was on full display in the beautiful gardens. I’d love to go back again . It will now be a destination to bring out of town guests. The tour was very much worth the extra expense.

Beautiful day at the gardens today.

I was hoping for a little more flowering plants. There were some begonias for color, but not much else. Oh and also some different varieties of Camilla’s. I wish they had brought more annuals in and planted them. It was pretty and provided a relaxing walk.

We had no issues with the vouchers getting into Bok Tower Gardens or El Retiro. We would purchase them again if offered.

Bok Tower is always so pretty and relaxing. This trip was in March and I've never seen so many flowers blooming in one place.

Bring a picnic basket and a blanket to enjoy the "mountain top" view.

Beautiful gardens and an excellent tour of historic home. The tower itself is impressive among the garden surroundings. A glimpse inside the tower would be expected but that is reserved for donors only.

Very much enjoyed Bok Tower Gardens and El Retiro. A beautiful property and hearing the carillon play Christmas songs was ever so peaceful. Had a wonderful day there.

It was fantastic as it was Christmas time so decorated accordingly. Loved every minute of it.

We loved walking around the Bok Tower Gardens! Our adult daughter really enjoyed it as well. Getting tickets to el Ritero made the visit extra special
