This is one of the best massages I have ever had. Mary Ella was amazing. She provided exactly the right amount of pressure. I recommend her 100%. From the moment you step into the spa, you are treated like royalty. From the champagne to the mini desserts, it was A1. I totally recommend the spa at the Plaza Hotel!

I expected a higher end experience

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in. The young girl at the front desk was incredibly sweet and professional. She made the entire visit beautiful. I was so stressed out, but when I left this place, I felt like a brand new person.

The experience was simply amazing. Immaculately pristine facilities conducive for a thoroughly relaxing experience. All staff from receptionists to aestheticians were professional and accommodating. The treatments rooms and products induce total relaxation. Simply amazing experience.
