Went above and beyond. Staff was great!

The renovated spa area is beautiful Hot and Steam saunas large in size and very clean. I had the hyaluronic facial and it was excellent.

The Spa at Palms is a great value for the money, even more so because it includes access to the hotel pool which not all spas provide.

My masseuse Juan was AMAZING! I thanked him immensely and gave him an extra tip but please extend my gratitude to him once again.

The spa was quiet, peaceful, secure, and the staff were all very helpful and professional. This was a great value for the money. All amenities were available and fully stocked and the facilities were exceptionally clean.

The Spa at the Palms is right off the parking garage so you don't have to walk through the casino (a nice feature). All the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the facilities looked quite new and were very clean. My aesthetician (I got a facial) asked me some questions and based on my answers, she tailored the products perfectly for my needs. Her technique was fantastic, and the neck, shoulder and arm massage that is part of the facial experience was heavenly. You also can use the pool at the Palms if you book a service (I didn't end up doing that but the option was nice).

One thing that was disappointing: the jacuzzi in the women's spa area was out of order. I hope they can fix that soon because that is a missing element from what you'd normally find at any good spa.

Hold time to book an appointment was longer than I'd like. Spa facilities were clean. Ambiance was relaxing and enjoyable. Signature massage was great.

Price for massage confirmed by spa was only $99 and Travelzoo charged $129 plus advertised it as value of $160. Furthermore the spa tub was non operational with no plans to repair it and Travelzoo refused refund. Absolute loss overall

The price was amazing and the service was as well. The facility as a whole was really nice.
