The hotel is great, but we couldn’t use the Corrine tasting voucher that was a part of Travelzoo. Apparently, it was only valid for one particular winery that was closed during our stay. There was no mention of this when we booked.

Great communication between UpValley, us, and Travelzoo. Two phone calls from the hotel notifying us that the winery deal was not available for booking on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so we changed our plans to Monday. Glad it worked out. Also, the pool and spa were going to be closed for maintenance during the two days of our stay. We got one night of soaking. Both disappointing news, but the hotel and Travelzoo accommodated a last minute change to a wonderful one night staycation.

This was a cute little hotel. The room was spacious, the staff was friendly, and the location was great. We could walk to dinner at Sam’s Social Club and we borrowed the hotel’s bikes to ride around downtown Calistoga. Although the mineral pool felt amazing, it could use some updating along the tile and grout. Felt a little dingy. Overall, great stay and we would go back.

Check in was easy and quick. The resort is fairly small and accessing the pool area is convenient. The room was large and updated. The coffee machine in the lobby was a nice perk.

UpValley Inn & Hot Springs is a convenient location for activities in Calistoga and the surrounding Napa Valley. The Keurig coffee maker unfortunately did not work two days in a row but they did have coffee available in the lobby. The availability of a pool and jacuzzi and sauna room are nice amenities. Price for the stay was very reasonable.

Great hotel with a friendly, helpful staff. Appreciated coffee in the room as well as machine in the lobby. We had travel issues because of weather so instead of arriving at 5pm on Monday, we got there at 5am Tuesday. They were very understanding and made self-checkin easy. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The only suggestion would be to redo the lighting at the bathroom mirror. The direction of the lights made it difficult to see our reflection.

It would be nice if the hotel could spring for some better bath towels. Ours were small and scratchy. The center seating area would benefit from a cornhole set! That would've been fun to play there.

Second time coming here using Travelzoo. The value is great and the free bottle of wine from local Calistoga winery is just extra fun. Local to really great breakfast (Try Sam’s Social Club churros!) and other walkable restaurants and bars for later. The hot tub and pool are really great & staff communicates excellently.

New modern updated room, pleasant staff. will be back again. Newly painted exterior. The porch railing needed some new paint which I assume was a work in progress. The wine was a nice gesture. Didn’t have a chance to try the free bikes, maybe next time. A very relaxing time there. Thanks

Check-in was a bit challenging. We weren't charged the Travelzoo rate even after showing employee our confirmation email. Had to work with manager to get it corrected.
Asked about the complementary bottle of wine - was given Brut which we don't care for. Asked if we could swap it for a wine and was told no. Talked with the manager the next day and he graciously sorted out our billing and swapped our Brut for wine - thank you Dusty.

Only thing I could say could improve was the trim on the balconies and stairs all need a paint job as it is peeling and cracking. Other than that the stay was wonderful

Last minute, overnight stay was wonderful. It’s been years since we came to Calistoga, we would go back next month to UpValley Inn! We went specifically for the on-site mineral hot springs. Nice pool, small hot tub, and saunas easily accommodated all the guests on a weekday stay.

The coffee machine in the lobby is the best! A mocha on arrival, hot chocolate after dinner, and a cappuccino the next morning at poolside.

Wonderful stay in an awesome location near to a charming downtown area with boutique shops and restaurants as well as numerous wineries. The facilities are clean and well kept. The mineral hot springs are excellent.

The hotel did have issues reconciling the Travelzoo deal with their billing system, however, the manager was very quick to fix and honor the deal.
