Outstanding staff and service. Felt pampered

Omni Bedford Springs is beautiful resort in a fabulous location. Weather was perfect. Staff was beyond wonderful!

Only downfall, drinks and basic food a little pricey. Outdoor swimming pool very crowded. However, overall experience was a 10!

Great atmosphere and history. Parking is confusing and figuring out where to walk to get into hotel is long and confusing for those of us who like to just be able to go and come from car whenever we want. Do have valet though. Didn't get our travelocity $25 dollar credit as you can't use on last day?

Everything here is top notch, from the service to the food. The spa is fabulous and the golf course is in great shape.

Impressed that this was not one of the places where all the rooms become magically available at 3:00. We arrived very early afternoon and were able to access the room immediately.

Baths need grip mats in tubs and grab bars. Not much safety for seniors

Company Christmas party Saturday night. Dinner was very good. Accommodations were very nice.

Arrived at 3:15pm. (We knew check in4pm) Told room needed final expection. Notified it was ready around 5:20pm. There was at least 8-10 others who were given the same message and were notified at the same time. Not acceptable for this Omni. We did ask for late check out and did get it.

Love love love this resort! The rooms are premium quality and the spa is heavenly.

In the middle of winter, with low occupancy, the staff was still attentive, restaurants and bars staffed, and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. Comfy beds, spacious bathroom, and a beautifully kept resort.

lovely short stay in the winter. The spa was nice but nothing out of this world. The indoor pool was great, especially when we had it to ourselves. The food on site was mediocre and disappointing.

One of the most memorable hotels we've experienced! The Omni Bedford Springs has gorgeous grounds and such a historic feel (old photos, period decor, info about all the presidents, etc. who've stayed there). The famous indoor pool and the breakfast buffet were highlights.

Terrific to see a Travelzoo deal here -- it made it reasonable to stop in Bedford Springs during our road trip.

Yes, the weather was just perfect. We always love the historic charm of Bedford Springs. Our 47 wedding anniversary was happy despite all else.

The indoor pool, which I was extremely looking forward to and was one of the reasons we purchased this voucher, was NOT opened!!!. The food in the restaurants and even the in-room dining was very par standard, for the extremely high prices you pay.

The food was good; there was ample seating. The two indoor fireplaces were nice.

The pool was closed for maintenance. The front desk staff insisted they notified all guests, but since we booked through Travel Zoo (a third party), the communication would have gone to them, not the guest. This is a huge disadvantage of booking with a third party. If they actually sent you a notification that the pool was closed, you did not forward it to me. If they did NOT send an email, then they must not send emails to third party bookings because they insisted that all guests were notified.

Travel Zoo’s package provided us the motivation to visit this property.

Relaxation trip for us!

Great offer from Travelzoo for a beautiful luxury resort hotel. The booking was exactly as described by Travelzoo -- the check-in staff knew this was a Travelzoo booking and they honored all the terms (food and beverage credit, no charge for valet parking, no resort fee).

staff is wonderful and accomodating

when booked we were interested in the indoor pool. it was closed so we actually did not go and went somewhere else.

Beautiful, relaxing setting. The down pillows were too soft and did not give enough support. The food was good (not great), but pricey for the quality. It is still worth going there for the lovely grounds and relaxation.

Omni Bedford Springs was a wonderful 20th Wedding Anniversary experience. The staff could not have been more pleasant; the hotel and grounds are beautiful and the food was spectacular. I can’t wait to go back!!!

This is our 3rd visit since this resort hotel was renovated. It gets better each time. The landscaping is mature and lush, the restaurant options expanded, the hiking/biking trails are longer and varied. The room was lovely and well maintained. The staff was nice. A wonderful place to get away & relax.

It would have been nice if we could take part in activities without needing 24 hour notices.

Just lovely. The town of Bedford was only a few minutes away and provided us with great shopping, dining and wine tasting as well. Highly recommend

The buildings and grounds were gorgeous and we saw the beginnings of fall decor. Food was delicious and lots to do on property and in the area!

The person who checked us in was not helpful, never gave us the $25. resort credit & never mentioned the additional $200. resort "charge" on my credit card (I learned later this was to cover any expenses & would be reimbursed)

We enjoyed our time at Bedford Springs. The staff were great, the location lovely and the resort relaxing. We especially enjoyed the dining options with 1796 being out favorite.

Our one suggestion for improvement is to add an easier entry/exit from the indoor pool. We did not need the assisted lift but the metal ladders were hard to utilize as seniors with knee issues. Adding some steps would be a great Improvement and we could have enjoyed the pool which we were looking forward to.

We felt like royalty and enjoyed all the amenities, especially the heated pools and the luxurious spa! The rich history of the resort was fascinating.

The fall foliage was beautiful and the surrounding areas were beautiful. The walking trails with the natural springs were beautiful. We enjoyed shopping in town and the surrounding fall scenery was spectacular. We ate at rhe Jean BonetteTavern twice.

I was disappointed. Indoor pool it available and the elevator was broken 2/3 days of stay.
