Certainly appreciate the room upgrade offer per Travelzoo. Room facing the rising Sun on the River was wonderful.

We had a lot of fun playing mini golf, pickle ball and enjoying the pool amenities!

We appreciated how kind all tge staff were. We had a fun experience!

Definitely go to the golf clubhouse. Not for the food but for the amazing views

Fabulous! Beautiful resort with incredible amount of activities available. Gorgeous setting on the river. Front desk staff, housekeeping all so friendly and helpful! Delicious coffee in the rooms, along with a wonderful buffet breakfast. Absolute only negative experience was one night’s dinner in the restaurant where breakfast is served. Think the waiter was not a usual employee and gave horrible service with dinner finally coming after we’d been there 1 1/2 hours. ( others near us had the same experience). Even with that, the food was delicious and the maitre’d comped our wine as a courtesy. All in all, such a wonderful resort to stay at!

It was a very enjoyable experience. I found the room though very comfortable a little small. I was entitled to an upgrade and would have liked one of the renovated rooms.

The most beautiful hotel. A most beautiful location although a bit of a challenge to get to and leave from. The hotel was extremely well kept and all of the activities were in working order. The food was excellent. Everyone had a good time. I was relaxed after being in such a wonderful place.

I will need to write to the hotel as my child got hurt doing one of the activities and I think the hotel should reconsider how they offer that activity.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous surroundings and views. A lovely place to relax and unwind with lots to do onsite or in the beautiful surrounding Charlevoix area.

Great amenities. Lovely pool area and lots of recreational activities (golf, mini golf, bikes, tennis, hiking etc) Food was wonderful and staff very helpful. Live music and campfire every evening (kids can roast marshmallows)

Love the hotel and the location. The only downside to staying there was the smoke from the (very popular) bonfire behind the hotel. We had to change rooms after the first night because the smoke in our room was overwhelming.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful despite our broken French.

We loves the location and for most part we found the staff very friendly and helpful. Upon checking in, the receptionist didn’t know about our reservation additions so we felt underwhelmed with her lack of care or knowledge.
