Great location if you want a quiet stay on the mountain. Free shuttle to the main village. Fantastic for self-contained ski-in / ski-out vacation.

Great to learn that there is a free shuttle bus every half hour. Room was well equipped and very clean.

The only complaint I would have is their underground parking spots are way to small..I had to get in my passenger side when leaving, thankfully no one was parked on that side of my car otherwise I would not have been able to get in my car....very problematic otherwise a great stay

Just a little far from the village for us. Our air conditioner was broken in our bedroom so that was not ideal.

Very relaxing environment. Staff were very accommodating, friendly, and went the extra mile.

Excellent value. Quiet thought out the night (daytime is quite the opposite with all the kids screaming and running around. Air conditioning is strong. Kitchen is complete with all necessities. However jetted tub had too many people and most of them stayed longer than recommended soaking time, leaving others have no chance to experience it.

Just competed a two night stay here. We stayed in a mountain side studio with a full kitchen. It was really nice. Clean. Quiet. Fully stocked with all tools necessary to prepare meals, just bring your own food! Also have outdoor BBQs for use down near the pool area. The hotel is not in the village. But it is in a beautiful location. Would be perfect for ski on ski out and in the summer you “could” hike down to the village. For convenience there is a free shuttle that runs every half an hour to and from the village or marketplace areas! It’s free, easy and convenient. The beauty of being away from the village was the peace and quiet and the “beauty” of being immersed in nature! We had a great time and we would stay here again.

Yes the reception person Luca he was very nice and professional.

I was never told that the pool and hot tub were under repair this was our big attraction. They were completely closed. You are not close to any restaurants but they did have a free shuttle that went to the Village and we used that. Our parking in the hotel was very weird because I parked in stall #38 then when we went to leave we went to that stall but there was a different car….. the parkade has some different levels but same stall #s I thought my car was stolen. Upsetting

The staff and service were good. I think my disappointment was equally with Travelzoo and with the resort. When making a recommendation for a hotel, I would expect Travelzoo to do their homework in terms of the calibre of the rooms the facility is offering those referred from Travelzoo.

In previous Travelzoo bookings were associated with the highest calibre rooms and facilities. Our room was not clean (thick dust on towel holder, etc), was in disrepair (broken tiles, shower curtain ripped in several places, etc), and was very entry level for what the resort had to offer (other rooms in the facility were much nicer).

As a solo traveler with a lil suppprt dog I wasn't greeted well by some patrons but that's on people like them. Most people adore my sweet, quiet dog. I'd never stayed on the upper village & was forced to hike down & up as I could not find the bus stop to return. Overall a nice experience once I got my footing. The suites are well stocked & lovely. Most of the staff are friendly. Especially Tayla was amazing!

I really liked the calm and quiet location. We were a family of four (parents and older kids), and the two-bedroom apartment we booked was perfect—it truly felt like a home, even though we didn’t use the kitchen. Housekeeping was great every day. The pool and hot tub were open and well-maintained.

The weather was a bit disappointing, which limited our ability to fully enjoy the surroundings through hiking and biking, but overall it was a nice experience.

Highly recommend for people with kids, or who like stay away from spending money in expensive restaurants by cooking their own food by themselves. There is everything you need in the suite. Great kitchen with all supplies, cozy suite, beautiful view and amazing outdoor heated pool.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Blackcomb Springs. From the time we entered the lobby with the fantastic and helpful staff to the wonderful suite we stayed in, to the peaceful surroundings. It was amazing.

Exceptional service and very nice hotel. The free shuttle bus to the village made it easy too.

I judge a hotel using three criteria: is it clean, is it quiet and is there plenty of hot water. Blackcomb Springs was great on all counts. Also the free shuttle bus was a great feature. Desk employees were excellent.
