Friendly greeting at arrival, appreciated parking/bus arrangements and perfect for walking.

Great room and great location.

First time staying at the Ptarmigan Inn and we’d stay again. Not at all fancy and is showing its age, but well maintained, staff were very pleasant. Took advantage of the ‘free’ drinks that came with our Travelzoo booking at their Happy Hour, which went well with the HH appies we ordered. Great location, easy walk down Banff Avenue to check out the many shops and businesses along the way.

The only thing we never did was the 2/1 pizza and the bus rides. Otherwise very good. Would stay in a heartbeat

Great location. Very accommodating staff. The perks, underground parking, 2 for one pizza and drinks were a nice touch. Wonderful experience.

very good restaurant in the hotel . staff was very nice would eat at the Meatball Pizza restaurant again

Very nice hotel, unfortunately we were given a room across from an atrium where a band and choir were loudly practicing all weekend. And once Monday rolled around there was loud construction right outside. If not for those aggravations, it would have been a five star stay across the board.
