Lovely room with the King Deluxe Suite. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent staff, friendly and warm. Beautiful, interesting grounds especially for the Holidays. The room we had was very dated and tired and we never had internet service. Hot water went out and fireplaces did not work however staff fixed both problems.

Close to downtown Cambria and San Simeon/Hearst Castle. Lots to do in the adjacent areas, too such as wine tasting in Paso Robles (35 Min), viewing elephant seals (20 minutes) and coastline hikes (10 min).

I didn’t like that there was an a patio in this particular room! I like to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings

We love staying at Cambria Pines Lodge! Unfortunately, on this visit our rooms were not air conditioned! Otherwise, the visit was excellent! Great location, friendly atmosphere with helpful staff!

The Lodge is situated among the pines and is close to town and Moonstone Beach. Our accommodations were quiet with all the amenities one would expect. From 2-5 there are free chips, salsa and entertainment nightly from 6:30-10:00. The restaurant has a good selection on their menu. The steelhead trout was cooked to perfection. All in all we had an enjoyable stay and will do it again.

We bought this for our 42nd anniversary. Had a lovely time. Enjoying our dinner tonight. Upgraded and loved the view. Very nice lodge. Bar music was a treat as well.

Beds were very cozy, comfy. The pine trees and grounds made you feel like you're in the mountains, but you're actually a short drive to the beach. Dinner was excellent at the lodge. Service and staff throughout the property we're so friendly and accommodating. Shoutout to Bernadette and Taj!

In December the lodge hosts some amazing Christmas lights which I have seen numerous times. A must see!

My husband and I loved the ambiance of the Cambria Pines lodge. We found the bar and sitting area so comfortable and cozy. Our room (115) was clean, updated, and nicely decorated. It felt like home away from home. The staff was gracious and very accommodating. Dinner was delightful. I had prime rib, thick and juicy. We would definitely stay at the Cambria Pines Lodge again. The gardens are beautiful and a great venue for a wedding.

Dinner was excellent

We come back most every year. It’s not luxurious, but clean and comfortable. Staff outstanding. Dinner great. Lousy buffet, breakfast, particularly for those of us who are disabled. We cannot see what is offered, have to have a fiend/partner retrieve food.

My wife and I love this place and going there is a pleasure and a joy. I have told my family about it and they will be joining travelzoo so they can enjoy it together with us when you have the special again.

Glad we found Cambria Pines Lodge (through Travelzoo) . I like the ptivate cottages. The front desk assistant was extremely helpful when we arrived. Dinner Sunday evening was great (waiter Jose excellent). We thoroughly enjoyed and would definitely return.

We have been coming up here for years. Since Covid we haven’t It been back. We saw this deal so we bought 2 of them staying 4nights. I was shocked at not only the upkeep All Of the buildings on the outside but there has been NO renovations on the insides. Furniture was tattered. Lamps wobbled beds…(they need replaced!) Carpets kind of messy. I was taken back by it all and how run down it had become. Unfortunately there are many places with better upkeep up in this area. However, you can’t beat this deal if that isn’t an issue for you.

Great stay in Cambria. Hotel grounds are beautiful. Room was nice and comfy beds. Stayed here many times and it is our go to place to relax. Highly recommend it

The hotel is badly in need of cleaning and upkeep. The pool was dirty. The spa jets were broken. lots of debris everywhere. poor housekeeping. none of the phones in the room worked. there is a very small "kitchen" but not even a single role of paper towels. We had 1 role of toilet tissue for 4 adults and after repeated requests for more toilet tissue, I was asked to come up to the lobby to pick it up. I was handed a single role of toilet tissue to carry back in my hand to our room as the clerk didn't even have the decency to put it in a plastic bag. I submitted a review directly to them and never heard back with an acknowledgment. I have purchased several vouchers for Cambria Pines Lodge over the years as I love the location and city of Cambria ( I even still have one unused voucher that expired because I was hospitalized) but I'm not sure that I will again. Sad

Very comfortable accommodations that have been updated in a beautiful setting with helpful, friendly staff and really good food! We keep coming back time and time again!

This package is a great deal because of the wonderful dinner that is included. We both had scampi for an appetizer, a nice salad and the best filet. All delicious! Wanted to try a dessert but we were stuffed. The breakfast bar had the usual variety.

Our room was nice although a bit dated. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. The tub did not have a plug so you couldn’t take a bath. The saltwater pool and spa were nice. The gardens are nice. We enjoyed the lounge and live music. The lodge would be perfect if you could see the ocean from there.

From start to finish Cambria Pines Lodge was so accommodating. We originally made our reservations and then we had to change them because of a family emergency. They couldn’t have been nicer about the change. We rebooked and finally made it. We stayed in one of the suites with a fireplace and patio. You park right in front of your room. Our room also had a coffee maker and fridge. The rooms are clean but a little dated. This goes hand in hand with the rustic feel of the entire hotel. When you check in they give you a text number and you can text them about anything like clean towels or how to operate the fireplace. They are very responsive. We also had the included dinner. This was better than expected! You could pick from any entree on the menu like a filet, prime rib, pork chop, halibut , salmon. Plus a nice bottle of house wine. Our food was delicious! This hotel also is the host home for the Cambria Christmas Market, which was not going on while we were there. Lots of gardens that need a little gardening help because it could be spectacular. A pool and jacuzzi and a small spa which we did not use. We had a very enjoyable stay and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We definitely would come back.
