Nice hotel in a central location. Breakfast is lovely.

The hotel was very nice! Very unique style. Staff were great! Not much room in bathroom, but was fine. Central location. Right near the liverpool tube.

We were greeted by very professional receptionists, who advised what was available to us during our stay. The free drink on arrival was much appreciated.

The Choice of breakfast was amazing’ With regard to the rooms, a bright light would be appreciated for those who need to sit in the room to hair and make up, as not everyone would be able to stand for long periods of time in the bathroom.

Reception excellent, well appointed room and great breakfast included. Roadworks were a nuisance but hopefully finished soon! Added bonus was the taxi rank outside the hotel and all the station facilities next door. Will stay again

Lovely hotel and very friendly, accommodating staff. Particularly, a mention to the staff members (especially the man on the door) who worked so hard and bent over backwards, at very short notice, for us to visit the Masonic Temple the day we checked out. Thank you so much.

Air conditioning not functioning properly so room was too cold. Changed rooms albeit to a smaller room

Let’s not beat around the bush in relation to this fabulous hotel, it was the perfect stay for my friend and myself. Great location, fantastic staff, exceptional suite and good food. Highly recommend.

This was amazing... beautiful hotel. Lovely clean modern spacious rooms with lots of treats. Also one hour of complimentary drinks was a lovely surprise. Kenny on reception was super helpful. All staff were so polite and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice and I had the best freshly made omlette. Will definitely return. Love this place.
