First time in central London so was ideally placed to go to the theatre and visit the museums

Overall the visit was very good and the level of service by most staff was excellent. Facilities were excellent and the view from the room was amazing. However, upon arrival for check in the member of staff who dealt with us was, at best, disinterested and distracted, and his manner appeared a little dismissive. He imparted very little information about the hotel and mistakenly asked for payment (we had already prepaid) and tried to sell us breakfast (included in the booking). It wasn't until we checked out that I noticed from the confirmation email that we were entitled to a welcome drink (not offered). However, I must stress that he was the exception as most staff were highly professional and welcoming.

A very central hotel, just 2 stops from Kings Cross (and a 5 minute walk from Old Street tube station). The hotel exceeded our expectations. We loved the big comfy beds, the wonderful skyline view from our bedroom, the delicious freshly cooked breakfasts in the mornings, and listening to live music in the bar in the evenings. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We explored the local area too and especially liked Spitalfields market and the elephant statues.

The duty manager (Mira?) gave us an in depth overview of the both the former Foundry and Banksy history, as well as the hotel construction. We also had a tour of the hotel, which we found very interesting.

Lovely hotel visited with my 2 daughters for Xmas shopping in London . Hotel was really lovely, very nice rooms The restaurant was very good rey reasonably priced. Excellent breakfast . Will return if travelling to london

Super cool hotel, lovely room ….. Only spoilt by the fact that although I had booked for the 14/11/24, the hotel had the booking down for 16/11/24, quickly sorted by the excellent staff at the hotel.

A modern and clean hotel in the centre of town! A hidden gem that transports you into a world of relaxation, good vibes and great customer service!

I arranged with the hotel beforehand to be placed in a room with twin beds, but unfortunately this was not honoured. However, the customer service throughout my stay more than made up for it. For example, the help given in helping to arrange my request to have breakfast in bed! Looking forward to returning soon!

From entering the hotel to leaving couple days later everything was amazing and pleasant experience

Stayed in an art'otel in Cologne and was very impressed with the brand, so was keen to try this one out when saw there was one close to home.

Can understand this is a new hotel only opened this year and they're still road testing systems and infrastructure whilst trying to maintain service levels and generally everything and everybody was superb but breakfast was a little chaotic as we started off going to where we thought breakfast was being served but then we had to go with our server back out into the lobby and into a lift to an upstairs additional space as they were busy but with it not being a buffet style breakfast, you pick 1 option from 3 courses which is a neat idea but it implies you will get the food in that running order, so initially something from the pastry section to start, followed by fruit / yogurt and then the hot plates are supposed to come at the end. We got our hot plates first and the coffee and and pastries came about 15 minutes later - so just need to sort that out but I'm sure that's only teething issues as staff adjust to the occupancy ramping up.

Such an amazing hotel! Loved our entire stay. Only 2 complaints - no sign of hot water in the room (I gave up & boiled a kettle for use in the sink & the shower was tepid). Breakfast itself was fantastic but service a little chaotic to say the least ;)

Very friendly staff and great location. Had problem with room tech after waking up as neither lights nor blind working but was fixed whilst we were at breakfast. Only negative was the breakfast…very unorganised and slow service even to get drinks. Breakfast food nice but definitely an area to be improved.

Fantastic second stay. Buffet breakfast did not work but it was the first weekend. Al La Carte lived up to the hotels standards but we were not allowed in,disappointing as we had friend with us.

Fabulous from begining to end. This was my second time, I would come back any day of the week. Wonderful staff, beautiful surroundings, highly recomended.

I would change your rating from 5 stars to 10 as I would say I’d give 9 out 10 for staff service it wasn’t perfect but better than 4 out of 5

The pool was nice, however the sauna and steam room are oddly situated

Dinner in The Brush was ruined by the noise from the bar above. We were sat beside each other at a square table and had to raise our voices to hear each other. We were told it was not possible to lower the noise. We were on a deal with 10 per cent off our food order. At check in we were asked if we'd like to leave our credit card details to charge stuff to the room. We declined as we settle the restaurant bill so that check out is just handing in the key cards. However it was not possible for the restaurant to deduct 10 per cent. We had to go to check in, leave the credit card details, return to the restaurant to charge the meal to the room, and then queue at check out to settle the bill. Ridiculous waste of everybody's time. Use some common sense. Also, we were asked multiple times if everything was ok with our meal. Stop it, if there is a problem I'll let you know. It is rude to interrupt your guest's conversation however well meaning.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent service. Excellent, freshly prepared breakfast. About 250m from the tube station. The views from the bedroom were fantastic.

When we arrived at the hotel, the Brush restaurant and bar was very busy and very noisy. I thought this might be an issue (having left home at 4 am), but in reality, we couldn’t hear a thing from the 15th floor bedroom. Very clean and tidy and would be very happy to stay again.

Charged twice for the booking which I did not realise until we checked in. Hotel has refunded travelzoo but I have not received refund yet? Also, buffet breakfast cold on both days!

Best hotel experience!

Breakfast was a little disorganised and took a long time for food to arrive which ate into our time to explore area before catching train.

Amazing hotel, would love to have stayed for longer. The design is contemporary and very upmarket, whilst chilled out and playful atmosphere. Our bedroom was enormous with tremendous views across London. The beside consul for AC , window blinds and lighting controls is a bonus. "Paint brushes " and art paper were a nice touch and I loved the night light effect in the bathroom. We used the swimming pool and the steam room in the spa. Perfect. We ate outside on the terrace in the evening. Great setting. Good service and food with a reasonably priced menu. It was great to see the original Banksy rat outside the hotel.

5 minutes walk from Old St tube station so easy to get to from Euston and St Pancras ?kings Cross without needing taxis

My experience at this hotel I can only describe as fantastic. I already have recommended to my family and friends.

I’m certain you have heard the expression arrive as strangers leave as friends. In my opinion this describes the art’otel London Hoxton perfectly. Professional staff, amazing food, cleanliness of the building can all be found there. Such a wonderful experience. One I hope to experience again.

Enjoyed the vibe of this hotel.Good sized room,very comfortable bed and nice bathroom.One of the best breakfasts I’ve had.Enjoyable evening meal except for staff not fully understanding the discount voucher we had been given for food when we checked in.
