Arrived super late for check in, yet was able to get an upgraded room. Made the stay so much more elevated and nicer.

60th birthday trip. Only thing I would change is bathroom was very cramped as the door swang back to the staging area and the rooms were not ocean view.

Nice hotel.

Hotel was in a perfect location and the staff really helpful. Room was good, but the bathroom was really small. Toilet kept blocking and had to use the public bathroom in reception a couple of times. Parking was excellent until the weekend, when all the spots were taken. My husband has two false knees and a false ankle. He finds it hard to walk and all the spots were taken. Had to drive around hoping someone would pull out. Finally found a spot at the furthest spot possible. They could use valet parking.

The Clearwater area is nice.

Room service was a mess. No free beach chairs or umbrellas.

They had a convention going on & the lobby was full & it was very load. People stood around talking blocking the doorways to the resturant, gym, & bar

Very professional and polite staff, clean room, nice location. Dessert at Restaurant was amazing.

Great for the price. Beach is a far walk but there is a cart shuttle if you want. Quiet area of the beach. Hotel is a little tired but the rooms are nicely remodeled. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is located on a beautiful stretch of beach. It is within walking distance to the more crowded and crazy party areas of Clearwater Beach. The hotel amenities are very nice when not at max capacity. We stayed over a holiday weekend and the moderate sized pool was packed. There were some negatives. The bathrooms are the smallest we’ve ever encountered. It was nearly impossible for two adults to sneeze in to put on makeup. When we first got to our room, the bathroom floor was covered in long black hair. It had obviously not been cleaned and was gross. Lastly, checking out took way too long. Only two staff members were working the front. They were overwhelmed with check ins, customer requests, and check outs.

We would stay here again. I think we’d try to visit during a less busy period.

Beach Day with my friend to celebrate her birthday! Enjoyed the beach at Sand Key then checked in at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Wonderful location on the beach! Upon check in the desk clerk provided with a slip of paper with a QR Code to complete for parking. Parking is self-parking, $25.00 per day, with a very large parking lot. Parking should have been transacted at time of check in! We completed the QR Code process of paying for parking, however, this App is not very friendly and both of us are adept in using computer apps and questioned about how an older individual would be able to navigate this App. My friend asked for a luggage cart and the desk clerk stated only the Bellman may use the carts! Not happy about this in that we are quite capable of managing a cart and have done so before in other hotels. A cart would have been nice, but we managed nicely without. The hotel room was quite comfortable. The bathroom is on the small side. Great stay and would stay again insisting the desk clerk process the parking fee and provide use of a luggage cart!

Wonderful experience with great service. There are wonderful restaurants in the area, but if you don’t want to leave the property, there are two restaurants
