Beautiful boutique hotel. The rooftop loung was being renovated and we would have liked to have used it. One of the reasons we booked this hotel.

Everything was great. Travelzoo deal saved us a lot of $$. Only complaint was the valet. I requested the free charging (as advertised) for my EV and never got a single charge session during our stay despite being there for 2 nights.

We stayed here to visit San Diego on my birthday and had a very comfortable stay. Rooms are clean and we'll maintained, location is great (4 blocks to Little Italy and Harbor Drive), and the staff is very friendly and eager to assist.

Great location. Services hours were limited and would have liked a later closing on the weekend.

Took almost two weeks for TravelZoo to respond to my request to shorten one of the reservations, there were 3 rooms I reserved. To change a reservation date should not take any longer than 24 hours.

Great location, and stylish decor. Enjoyed the outside bar and restaurant on the second floor. We appreciate that the TravelZoo booking process worked without any errors.

From the valet to the staff at the front desk and restaurant, this hotel is top shelf! As a woman, I Wawa so happy with a magnifying mirror in the bathroom to apply my makeup. The room was well appointed and clean. I think the only negative thing I have to say is the restaurant on the second floor where we had breakfast is outside and was chilly. They really should only have breakfast inside on the first floor in my opinion.

Staff were very helpful and nice. Two improvements needed: toilet gave off a sewage smell. The drain in the shower was very slow. We were standing in ankle-deep water when showering.

Valet was a bit difficult with timing appropriately. Location was further away than I expected but that's my fault!

Reception and restaurant staff polite and efficient.

Didn't mind the policy of optional daily room cleaning but would appreciate clean towels and coffee daily.

Our stay was great. Nice rooms, great location to walk to several places. Restaurants near by. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Very nice reception area and lounge.

We were only there for one night and our flight was delayed coming in so we didn't get to do much in the neighborhood but the hotel was convenient and comfortable. Our only issue was that when we got back to the hotel late after a concert, there was no available food service - it all closed at 11p. My husband walked a few urban blocks and found a convenience store but that was not ideal. Even room service was closed after 11.

It would have been helpful to know that food service and bar closed at 11pm since we were attending a concert and got home late. We were given an info sheet with the hours but we didn't really look at that before we left. The check-in attendant went over many items on it and if she had said something about closing time that might have been helpful. Thanks

Great time. Caroline was excellent at check in, Nelson took care of a couple of small issues that we encountered. A very well managed, attractive property in a great location.
