Incredible resort! From the staff and service to every meal being absolutely delicious, I could not have asked for a better experience. My only regret was not booking a longer stay, which I will definitely do next time.

Food was exceptional. Loved that everything was vegan to start. Food and beverage workers were the best we've had at any Mexican resort.

We had 2 rooms and extra nights, with a total of 4 adults traveling. Included items from the deal that were not provided by the resort: $100 spa credit per room (total of 2) 1 hour art session for 2 people, per room (total of 4 people) 1 bio-charger session for 2 guests, per room (total of 4 people) When I asked about scheduling these at the resort, I was told “those aren’t available". No compensation or alternative benefit was offered. We were there to celebrate a milestone birthday, which I told them about at booking, the week before arrival, upon arrival, the day before the birthday, and then REPEATEDLY on the birthday. Not one single thing was done to celebrate or commemorate the birthday. Complete failure. Pool seating was very lacking. Several of the pools had no seating available around them, which was honestly bizarre.

This was our third Travelzoo visit. Booking was easy, and when we had a problem checking in (I did not have a copy of our Travelzoo QR code), we were able to contact Travelzoo by phone and the problem was quickly and cheerfully solved by a Travelzoo customer service agent. We were impressed with this level of customer service.

This was our third visit, and while there were a few changes, Palmaia remains exceptional. The vegan food is excellent as is the service, the classes taught by knowledgeable instructors, the beach is clean, and the facility is beautifully designed and immaculate. Everyone who works there is welcoming and kind. We would be happy to make this an annual wellness trip. We appreciated the Travelzoo offer to keep it affordable.

Food. While we don't mind plant based meals the selection was repetitive. Unfortunately we both experienced tummy issues second day in preventing us for doing activities.

We are beyond thrilled to try out Palmaia! It far exceeds our expectations!!! The rooms are spectacular, the entire staff is so friendly. All of the food is incredibly delicious!!! We love exploring all of the options they offer.

My favorite TravelZoo experience! From start to finish this experience was amazing! Booking my room with my travelzoo voucher was so easy, I was able to do it through a representative via email which was great compared to my previous experiences with other resorts. When we got to the resort, we were able to leave our stuff in the lobby and go explore and then found out that our room was actually ready early and so we got to put our stuff away by 1 pm. We had a great lunch with a view of the ocean, did a wonderful meditation with a guide and went to dinner. Our nomadic guides were absolutely wonderful, kept us informed about changes in location for some yoga classes / meditation ceremonies, booked our dinner reservations and easily changed them whenever needed. I truly feel like I'll carry this experience with me for the rest of my life, it was amazing!
