Nice place to get to yosemite. Couldn’t get exercise bike to work.

We were assigned a ground floor room which was not a problem but after the first night being also next to the outside door and the stairwell entry was extremely noisy and we told the front desk. The young man said we'd have to tell them the next morning, there was nothing he could do. We endured another noisy night and the main man wasnt there in the morning so upon our return that afternoon, i called the front desk to advise of the noise issue as well as the nightstand light haf burnt out & was smoking. He advised we could change rooms but i wanted to double check woth my husband who was in the shower. We decided we wanted to & i recalled the front desk and was questioned why after 2 nights did i want to change now? I explained why and was offered a few different rooms and we selected one and shortly after chamged rooms. It was 100% better for the remaining 2 nights. Idk of anyone that can handle the noise of that first room and it really shouldn't be a guest room imo. Breakfast was fine but the same offerings every morning.

This was a nice getaway to Oakhurst. The hotel was new and felt very modern, staff were very friendly. It felt a bit far to get down to Yosemite Valley each day.

Overall nice facility and location to access Yosemite. Breakfast's were typical for free breakfast hotels. Breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Room cleaning is by request only. We stayed 6 nights... on night 3 we asked for a room cleaning. We were gone all day in the park and came back and the room wasn't touched. Called for service and it was promptly corrected. Staff was friendly. It is about a 30-40 drive to the entrance of Yosemite and then another 30 minutes or so to the Tunnel view. Found the town to be friendly and welcoming.
