The hotel was on the Main Street within walking distance to dining and shopping. Plenty of parking at the hotel. The fire pit and jacuzzi were open until 10pm, nice at the end of the night. The breakfast provided by the hotel was great! I had cracked eggs, bacon, pancakes, yogurt and fruit, coffee, juice. It was enjoyable and very cool that it was included with the hotel. The hotel room was nice. It had a balcony and a kitchenette. They had ice machines and filtered water dispensers for the guests to fill their water bottles, ver nice. Everyone was very friendly and polite. I felt safe as a single person traveling.

The Element Sedona is actually located in Oak Creek which is 6 miles from Sedona. The front desk staff were very casual and inattentive. Our shower was out of shower gel and even after calling the issue wasn’t addressed until I found a housekeeper myself. The breakfast was poor and out of lots of items and the staff also seemed uncaring. Pantry items were WAY Overpriced! $12 for 2 ice cream sandwiches!

The room and common areas were nicely furnished and clean.

Best room in our six weeks of travel. Full kitchen, balcony, cooked to order breakfast. Concerns\problems: not really in Sedona, but over 5 miles past it. Handicap accessible room had a bed so low we had problems getting out of it. They said it was for those in wheelchair to transfer straight over. I can see that. However, getting back into the chair would be a problem as the mattress goes down several inches from your weight, so one would have to be lifted up to get back into the chair. As for us, I had to get up every time my husband had to go to the bathroom during the night to help him get out of the bed. The majority of those who use ADA rooms are not in wheelchairs. Why not have one room with the low bed for them, and regular beds for those with walkers, scooters, and other special needs (with the ADA bathrooms that are needed)?

The hotel was very nice and the staff was helpful and friendly

The place was nice but the staff was very poor. The nicest of the bunch was the janitor and bartender. The rest were indifferent and could care less about you. I didn't feel welcome like I do at most any other hotel. I think they need better customer service and more staff. It took them 12 hours to bring a shower seat, had to go to the lobby to get towels, then had to go to the lobby to get toilet paper. I overheard room cleaners complaining about the hotel and someone having to come in on their day off because of being short staffed.

Our room was very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot breakfast (not your typical continental breakfast). Liked the modern vibe of the Element and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The only challenge I had was an issue with Travelzoo confirming my booking. Had to contact Travelzoo multiple times and staff were unable to help until the 4th call.

Great location in the middle of major Red rock formations. Hwy 179 truly is a great vista with lots of turnouts. The Chapel of the Holy Cross is a great stop and viewpoint.

The room should have two comfortable chairs for two people. While the shower had lots of pressure, the bath sink had zero Room 210 Eggs every morning is good, but don’t get so fancy, just make an Omelet.

Breakfast was just OK, especially at the cook to order. One day they did not even provide any cooked eggs since the cook didn't feel like making eggs which was really weird. Other aspects of the hotel was nice, great staff and rooms.

This was just an amazing experience and stay. We loved the location of the hotel, the service, the pool(although we didn't get in), the fire pit, the free breakfast, the hot coffee and tea available all day. It was an overall GREAT stay. We definitely recommend it and will stay here again.

Stay was adequate, enough to say I "enjoyed" it.

They've got some work to do. Lol. Drippy toilet. Terrible water pressure from bathroom sink. Internet was non-existent. TV kept turning itself off. AC kept turning itself ON, even though in 40s outside. Shower was fantastic. Breakfast was good. I was given the absolute furthest room from the lobby, but maybe that's what they do when you book through an outside party. But honestly was an adequate home base for my trip and was able to relax while I was there.

I got a room with 2 Quinn beds and room were specious and bathroom size was great with amazing shower...

Breakfast choices and quality of food was awful. No water bottles in rooms. Bedding was like it was left after previous guests and never changed. We were surprised after we asked why there was no room service, we got answer that cleaning is every 3rd night...

Excellent staff, and very clean facility. Pool and whirlpool were well heated. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding.

Everyone was so kind!! I got great gluten free options at breakfast and we used the free hotel bikes for a spin in the neighborhood. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We loved it. Not in the heart of Sedona and away from tourist. Yet close to visit sites. Eating out near by!!

Hotel is not in Sedona and since it was a holiday weekend getting to town was another 30 min. Some of the staff were not well informed, but Gary at the front desk was GREAT! Rooms were clean and the kitchen suite was nice to eat in.

This hotel was very nice and in a great location. The person checking me in was great and upgraded my room after I revealed that I was a Platinum Elite member. Our room was great as well with plenty of room and amenities. The free breakfast was good too. However, I hate to say that the cook didn't act very friendly, like he didn't want to be there. He also undercooked my second serving of pancake and I ended up throwing it away. Overall, we had a good time.

Great Happy Hour specials in the bar, along with a breakfast the next morning. The outside firepits and hot tub were also a nice addition.

The stay was a good bargain for a last minute reservation. The food was okay. I didn’t need anything fancy for a morning hike. The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise in the next room and guests, outside near the fire pit, were heard clearly.

The atmosphere was very tranquil, the furnishings were simple and modern . The room had everything I could have asked for. There was even a laundry area available.

Our room was fabulous! It had a full kitchenette & large balcony. Beds were very comfy. The pool & hot tub were large & comfortable. The outdoor patio area was very spacious & attractive. It had ample seating with fire circles. There was a nice variety of wine, beers & snacks available to purchase. The breakfast was quite nice with excellent coffee, yogurt bar & grill that had different fresh offerings each day (omelette, pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy). Nice variety of juices, pastries, bagels, fruit.

Our second stay with travel zoo. A beautiful property. Pool/ spa area is spectacular. They had a fresh cooked breakfast last time. This stay it was a herbed frittata baked in a muffin pan. Clearly not enough herbs and real eggs.

It was clean, we had a nice hot shower and the TV was big. Breakfast every morning was good.

We stayed five consecutive days and did not have our room cleaned or bedding changed once. We received clean towels on day three after I called twice. The room was really small and the sink had little to no water pressure . Also, the mattress was hard and we didn’t get one decent nights sleep. There also wasnt enough parking spots. The location is actually Oak Creek which is a short drive from Sedona
