Beautiful hotel on the beach! Simply stunning, amazing staff, fantastic pool, breakfast is delicious and fresh, dinner at the local restaurant cant be beat. Overall fantastic experience.

This was our second Travelzoo stay at Bangsak Village and we’re already planning on another. We love everything about the resort from the comfort of the room, delicious food, excellent staff, beautiful pool, magic fingers of the masseuse and the perfect location on the beach.

My experience at Bangsak was absolutely amazing from the beginning of my trip till the end! The hotel is located in a very quiet area surrounded by green lush, which felt like walking in a piece of Paradise! The resort staff are so professional, friendly and helpful. The food was amazing and so tasteful at the restaurant, and breakfast had so many options. The grounds of the hotel is clean, tranquil and so zenful ! I love Bangsak village for life and can't wait to return in the future.

This promo package is absolutely amazing with the perks included. This class of accommodation is not our typical choice but we’re glad that we tried it. Khao Lak is far from the Phuket (HKT) Airport, about an hour drive so our stay of 7 nights is perfect to make it worthwhile. Bangsak Village is located right on the beach, convenient for our morning and evening walks. We came at during their rainy season with lots of thunderstorms but we managed to get some sun in the morning. We arrived late and our driver missed the hotel entrance as it was dark and rainy. We received a warm welcome by the staff and check in was prompt. Our suite is large and comfortable but we didn’t like the location being far from the main area, hence we were not given a map. Otherwise the suite is well designed and it has everything we could possibly need. Wifi service was strong with fast speed. The restaurant food was mediocre but prices are reasonable as a hotel. The restaurant staff are attentive and efficient. However it is not acceptable that nothing was done about my complaint of the prawns being not fresh during dinner. Their buffet breakfast offerings by no means extensive but it is adequate. In my opinion, breakfast opens too late in the morning (7 am-10 am). Since there is only one restaurant and no room service, we were hungry early in the morning due to jet lag. It would be nice to have a mini mart at the 24-hr Front Desk for us to buy food and drinks as needed. Many resort in Thailand we stayed at offered complimentary fruit plate throughout the stay, this one is an exception. All in all, this resort offered us a much needed relaxing vacation. Not sure if we would come back to Khao Lak as it is too remote for us.

There are many similar class of hotels in the area and this one is well priced for visitors wanting a resort that is remote with a rustic Thai flair. This resort is better suited for couples than families since they have only one main pool and no facilities for families. The hotel’s spa service prices are reasonable starting from 450 Baht to 600 Baht, definitely a better choice than the local vendors. There is no shortage of local restaurants and massage places nearby, we frequent them for better food and better prices.

Lovely hotel in Khao Lok, nice restaurant on the property and lots of other options along the beach. Massages available, bikes, and a beautiful pool. The staff have been friendly and helpful.

We loved our time here. The hotel is a bit isolated and with not many shuttle options getting places in a taxi was more expensive. The location is beautiful as well as the people.

Wonderful small resort, quiet and beautiful place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel located outside the town, you really can relax on the beach and spa.
