The room was amazingly small. Two people could not comfortably have a snack in the room. Room temperature was hard to get right.

From entry to exit, everything was exceptional! Would definitely return and recommend.

Great location - close to but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Times Square. Friendly and responsive staff. Clean, tidy, and well-appointed room.

This is a very nice hotel. Excellent location. By NYC standards, the room was comfortable; accommodated two beds and there was still room to move around. Two things were missing that should be standard for a hotel of this caliber: coffee maker (or complimentary coffee) and a fridge. You can request a coffee maker but pack your patience in getting it delivered. After an hour or so, I ended up going to a nearby cafe for coffee. Also, there is an appliance in the room that looks like a fridge but, as was explained to me, doesn't get cold. More of a food storage box imitating a fridge. Other than those two things, it's a comfortable and convenient place to stay. And again, great location.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Will definitely be staying here every time I visit the city. The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was large & beautiful! I expected a typical small, New York City, room. Was so pleasantly surprised! Lovely accommodations and the location was ideal. Right outside your doorstep is Grand Central Station. Not to mention the fact, we were able to take advantage of the option to ride the Uber shuttle that takes you directly to LaGuardia airport for $18 per person. The pick up location is right there at Grand Central Station, a 4 minute walk from the hotel. Doesn’t get better than that! But the best part was the customer service at this hotel. I was impressed from the moment I got there starting with the gentleman who opened the door and welcomed us to the check-in and check out process. They could not have been more friendly and more helpful offering assistance before we even asked. But this is the best part. Unfortunately, in my exhaustion of running the city all night long, I left a pair of valuable diamond earrings on the nightstand of my room. I did not discover this until 1 PM after I had checked out at 8:30 AM. Needless to say it was very upsetting, and I called the hotel immediately asking if the housekeeper had found them. they took my information, told me they would search the room immediately and get back to me by phone. In less than 30 minutes, I received a phone call that the housekeeper did indeed find the earrings and turn them in at the front desk. Really!!! Who does that? Her honesty and integrity blew me away. Her name is Lilian Olivo. In this day and age of so much distrust and dishonesty, it is sad that we have to marvel about Someone would be so honest and have such integrity. Lilian is that person & deserves recognition from her employers. I asked to meet her when I returned to the hotel and was so touched by her humility & genuine happiness that she had found the earrings and was able to return them to me. The rest of the staff witnessed this exchange and was equally happy for her. 70 Park Avenue Hotel is the only place to stay in NYC!

The location was perfect for our trip and convenient to Grand Central and Penn Station. We had a great time and absolutely loved the cozy and well-appointed room. We were already planning to stay during our next visit.

I've stayed at this hotel on several occassions. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and roomy, by NYC standards.

The location was ideal, close to Grand Central, 5th Avenue.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom was spotless! Front desk staff were courteous and gave good suggestions for nearby restaurants.

They gave us a parlor room-sofa bed room the first night because they were booked. We originally had a queen room. The manager was very apologetic and upgraded us the remaining night to a king park view and even gave us a bottle of wine. Overall everything was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Close to train stations and walkable to Bryant Park.
