ADERO is a very relaxing resort Staff very friendly Hiking trails nearby There are 2 pools adult and family. Plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas. Water temperature was ideal

Nice boutique hotel in the mountains above Scottsdale/fountain hills area. Full service gym, spa, and restaurant on site. Fun for a weekend couples getaway. Beautiful views of the valley and sunrise/sunset. About a 30 min drive to downtown Scottsdale.

Competency, organization of reservation. Communication about amenities and perceived complementary services. “Dark sky community” star gazing was non existent. Staff were unaware-always- where telescopes were and had very little info about how to participate in that experience, although it is advertised as a booking point for this property. Outdated room and uncomfortable beds.

The stargazing person was amazing.

Booked a 2 queen bed room. Upon arrival, was told they were sold out and they had a trundle for us that would fit 2 (full size) we asked for a and trundle. Upon getting to the room, found that the trundle was smaller than a twin. Waited over an hour for the 2nd trundle which never arrived. Went back to the front desk and asked, and after much back and forth, found out that all trundle were already used. Front desk person stated that manager was off site and housekeeping only spoke Spanish and could communicate slowly via chat. Eventually after I suggested collecting cushions from around the resort to sleep on, an amazing woman from engineering came to help problem solve and about an hour later, we had some workable solutions (thanks to her). This was very stressful, and set our weekend off on a bad foot with kods getting to bed much later than normal. Additionally, we had breakfast at the restaurant - food came out cold and incorrect multiple times (though not busy). We had planned to have lunch there as well, but since the chef could not even serve hot eggs with toast within 10 minutes of each other, we abandoned much of our dining credit.

What I love about Travelzoo is that you get a great deal but still pay/deal directly with the merchant. I don't use 3rd parties except for TZoo for this exact reason. Why this mattered is that as a Marriott Titanium member, the hotel used my Bonvoy number and we were able to get a room upgrade and they also gave us breakfast vouchers. The upgrade made our 19th year anniversary even more special and it saved us a little extra during breakfast. The Cliffside rooms, although older, were nice and quiet and comfy. We enjoyed being away from the hotel portion and more in a condo. They even gave us a bottle of bubbly and treats to celebrate. The grounds were beautiful! The fitness center was outstanding! We didn't use the spa or the Revive coffee bar, but we did play pickleball and used the pool. Both were wonderful as well! We also did not dine in Cielo except for breakfast in the mornings. The hiking trails were reached via their shuttle service and those ADERO Canyon trails were perfect for us. We absolutely loved the location as it was away from the cities, but still close enough to drive to and go enjoy. I'd say the only complaint is the lack of service and attentiveness at Cielo in the morning. There were times where we or other patrons just stood at the host desk without any recognition for quite a while. I don't know why this was such a struggle, but it didn't match the caliber of the rest of the resort. The breakfast food was wonderful, but the breakfast service needs attention... We will definitely be back to stay at this resort. We've stayed at quite a few in the Scottsdale area and we feel like this is probably the best option for us IF the price is doable. TZoo made that price happen!

Everything was great except the breakfast service/attentiveness needs some help at Cielo in the mornings. I will add that Luca and Michelle did a fine job, but most everything else needs to be smoothed over.

We had a great time! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were provided advice or dining and tourist sites. I'd sincerely like to thank Ms. Shookh and everyone else at the. Adero resort.

Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel and room were very clean and spacious. The balcony offered great views, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was wonderful.

The restaurant and bar staff appeared to be under-trained and inexperienced. Everything else at the hotel made us feel like VIP’s except in the bar and restaurant. Long waits and lack of making us feel important. The hostess was the only exception. She was very upbeat and attentive to our requests.

This resort far exceeded my expectations! Every staff member in every department offered top quality customer service! I would highly recommend!!

Great place! The grounds are beautiful and the restaurant and bar is really delicious! We stayed in tower 1 and the room was decent just felt a bit outdated compared to the property. We did get upgraded to a room with a better view upon arrival. The staff is very nice and attentive and it was easy to park or valet every time we needed too :)

We loved the views and enjoyed sunsets from our balcony on the 6th floor. The location was great with quick access to hiking trails and golf. Would definitely stay again!
