Nice time. Pool bar is very very expensive. I will not go there again if I return.

Everything is great except the rooms could use some handyman love.

Great service and a beautiful hotel. Would love it if you offered more healthy food options at the pool like the Ritz next door does.

Beach area.

Water turned off for 6 hours notice given AFTER check-in. Elevator out of service for 2 out of 3 days of my stay. Had to climb and descend stairs to get to another elevator which was difficult due to a handicap. Guest rep at check-in did not recognize my IHG status and signed me up to IHG membership without my permission.

The renovated restaurant was nice and the breakfast we ate there was good. We did not use the pool but it looked nice.

Water to building turned off for our second day. Very inconvenient. Ice machine not working. Elevator not working on second day. Restaurant and bar was supposed to be open til 10:00 pm. Was closed before 8:30 pm. The room smelled of strong chemical cleaning products upon arrival. Not good. Sorry, not a good review

I stayed for four days. The pool area is beautiful. The lounge chairs @ pool and beach are great. All staff interactions were positive. Housekeeping done daily. 3 minute walk to Lincoln Ave (shopping,restaurants,art galleries) 10 minute walk to Deco Drive. Surfcomber property and Miami Beach District is very clean. Property offers coffee/tea 7-10 am. Wine hour 5-6. Pool and beach food service. Great staffing.

View of room faced another building and looked like a cooling unit. Not appealing at all. Staff at front desk was not very helpful with knowledge about local restaurants. Lobby was always crowded with people waiting with luggage- no where to sit. Seats were too low to the ground. Door staff was very attentive and welcoming

Our stay at the Kimpton Surfcomber was exceptional. Th staff was helpful and courteous. The facilities ware clean, modern, and stylish. The extensive use of fresh flowers was especially nice. The location at South Beach was convenient and having direct beach access was awesome. We would return in a heartbeat. And a special shout out to servers Jennifer and Sam at the Social Club Bar at the hotel. There were exceptionally friendly and attentive and made our stay at the Surfcomber very special. Michael at the Social Club was also very, very personable and went out of his way to make sure we comfortable. All three of them should be commended,

We had to change rooms during our stay. The staff made sure our change was painless and as easy as possible. No complaints at all.

Location to beach was perfect.. Staff was pleasant.

Facility was a little dated and dingy. Rooms were minimalist type. A little grimy in some areas. Carpets need replacing throughout. Halls leading to rooms a little dark. Hotel needs a rehab.

In person Staff were very pleasant. Decent location and very good breakfast.

Couldn't get the phone answered. Had to check into 3 rooms before it was suitable.
