Location is pretty good.

Service was terrible. The staff didn't seem to care. The entire place was swamped with outgoing cruise groups which made everything difficult. No EV charging. Room service app doesn't work. Restaurant would not serve before closing time (9:40 when closing is 10PM), despite front desk saying they would. Pillows were tiny. Bathroom floor, including shower, very dirty.

The location was great. In walking distance to the French Quarter and other things to see in town. Check in was easy and fast and the staff was friendly. Rooms were big, and felt pretty clean minus some stains on the wall. The Room was dark because even during the day not much light makes it onto this side of hotel as you are so close to the next building. Every time the ac turned on it felt like smoke smell came through the vents. No real fridge in the room, only a mini bar where you are not supposed to move things around or it charges you immediately - I did it anyway as I had items that required cooling, just make sure at check out they take those items you moved off the bill. Overall I feel like that International as a group just lost it's glamour, years ago this might have been a great hotel, unfortunately it's just not special anymore.

The hotel staff was welcoming from the beginning with valet service through our check out. The room was well maintained. Staff made great recommendations about things to do and sites to see.

This hotel is located in the business district which is close to the French Quarter and other areas. It is nice to be near the French Quarter but not in it.

Hotel is located a short walk from the start of the French Quarter. Rooms are comfortable, staff is friendly, an excellent stay for the price.

Expect to pay exorbitant prices for food and parking in the hotel. It comes with the territory.

The hotel is quite close to all of the hits in New Orleans and we were able to walk to most of the places we wished to visit. Any time we contacted the staff for assistance they were always friendly and very helpful.

The staff is also good at giving you directions and what to avoid in the area.

The hotel and staff were wonderful, they were very friendly and helpful with offering suggestions of places to visit. The hotel location was very convenient. I can't wait to come back.

They allowed us to check in early in the day, not wait until 4pm as it says on the info sheet.

It's a nice hotel, but the attached restaurant that looks like it is part of their hotel is NOT.

They did not have our reservation when we arrived. Granted, we had two reservations - one for the 9th and another for the 14th, but the arrival on the 9th was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. When we came back on the 14th, and experienced the service we should have received on the 9th, it was quite eye opening. But then, empty promises from the person who was apologizing about our previous service and never quite righted it.

Extremely pleasant and welcoming staff at the hotel. The front desk staff - name Marjan (sp?) was terrific.

Location was easy access to the French Quarter if you like to walk. We do.

Our room 1010 was so noisy all the time. We must have been by air conditioners or some other continuous machine. We could not us our balcony at all.

The location is great - centrally located to most things. The trolley goes right by too so you can ride that if desired. Staff was very friendly and check in was very easy.

We found this wonderful hotel via Travelzoo. We loved it. The location was perfect and we had a wonderful time.

This hotel was a beautiful place to stay. Very well located and nice to have a couple of options for restaurants at the hotel too.

pretty nice hotel, but has some quirks

king size bed in our room, but only has 4 smaller than standard pillows. Looks silly, works even worse. Rooms don't get vacuumed well. On days the water glasses get replaced w/ clean glasses, the ice bucket is left with water. When the ice bucket is refreshed, the dirty glasses don't get replaced.

No fridge or microwave in room. Poor in room coffee/tea options- powdered creamer??? I'd expect that at the Best Western, not a 4star hotel. No complimentary coffee/tea in lobby. Things that make the room comfortable like a mini fridge removed to put in a fridge you could purchase drinks from, even though there's a store in the lobby. Pillows were the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced. The upgrade for the balcony was a waste of money, all you could hear was the air handlers from the building in front. The best thing about the room was the shower.

Wonderful hotel. Great staff and service. Attentive to all needs. Immaculately maintained. Location is perfect - so close to French Quarter but quiet at the end of the day.

The people working were great. The Hotel is a little dated in my opinion
