The acclaimed Adare Manor Resort is a two-hour scenic drive from Dublin and boasts an 18-hole championship golf course, fine dining, horseback riding, fishing and spa services. Attractions like the Cliffs of Moher, the Ring of Kerry and Blarney Castle are a one-hour drive from the resort.

For $200 more per person, make it an eight-night vacation and stay at the Croke Park Hotel in Dublin on the first and last night of the trip with extended car rental and breakfast at the hotel.
