The Swan at Hay Hotel is a Grade II-listed former Georgian coaching inn in the Welsh town of Hay-on-Wye, at the foot of the Brecon Beacons -- on the England-Wales border.
Bedrooms are traditional in decor style, and all come equipped with flat-screen TVs and DVD players. The hotel's head chef trained in France and uses classic French training to create delicious dishes using locally-sourced ingredients. Main course choices include chicken chasseur and porc boulangere, as well as classic Herefordshire beef. The Welsh cooked breakfast is served between 8am-9.30am in the dining room.
