Lonely Planet praises Kusadasi as "a laid-back town with some lovely beaches and stunning views". The Ephesus Princess Hotel has pathways leading to the beach and two outdoor pools, including one with a waterslide.
As well as a choice of nine bars and cafés and two buffet restaurants, guests can dine once per stay at each of the six à la carte restaurants, including Agora Tavern (serving traditional Turkish cuisine) and the Italian-themed La Romantica. The hotel is around five miles from the ancient city of Ephesus, where the Roman ruins of the Library of Celsus and the remains of the Temple of Artemis -- one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World -- can be visited.
