Limassol, Cyprus, has "always basked in a reputation as the island’s venue for high living", according to The Daily Telegraph, and now Inspired Luxury Escapes has slashed the price of a week's holiday at a top-brand hotel by £380. Staying at Le Méridien Limassol Spa & Resort, with an upgrade to a Pool & Sea View Room and daily breakfast, this deal costs £399 per person.
The hotel is nominated as Cyprus's Leading Resort, 2013, in the World Travel awards. It is located on Blue Flag-awarded Aoratoi beach and has both indoor and outdoor pools. As well as a main buffet restaurant, the hotel's Balthazar Restaurant serves Japanese and fusion cuisine and French food is available at Le Nautile, open year round. There's also a spa using Thalgo and Elemis products with 34 treatment rooms, seawater treatment pools and a selection of 130 treatments (available at extra cost).
Pool & Sea View rooms are a generous 41 square metres and look out over the gardens and the pool -- towards the Mediterranean. They feature a satellite TV, tea- and coffee-making facilities and nightly turndown service.
