With flights, transfers, meals and drinks included, this deal from Inghams leaves very little to worry about other than which route to take through the meadows, peaks and pine-fringed lakes of the Austrian Alps. For £399 per person, spend a week in the hikers' haven of Seefeld and save up to £176 on the regular price.
The offer includes seven nights' accommodation at the Hotel Alpina, with breakfast and a 4-course dinner daily. Guests will also receive a free packed lunch and free afternoon tea daily, plus free beer, wine and soft drinks with dinner.
Departures are on 11 and 18 May from London Gatwick. Fly from Birmingham and Bristol on 18 May. Depart from all three airports on 25 May; 10, 17, 31 August for an extra £50 per person, or on 3, 24 August for an extra £100 per person.
Return transfers and a 20kg baggage allowance are included and there is no single room supplement for solo travellers.
The traditionally Tyrolean Hotel Alpina is in the heart of Seefeld, 17km from Innsbruck -- in spring, the area's snow gives way to an extensive network of walking and cycling trails. The hotel is set within gardens and has a sun terrace looking out onto the Gschwandtkopf mountain and across the Inn Valley. There is an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a children's playroom and a restaurant.
The 650km of marked trails range from challenging hikes to low-level rambles passing by monasteries, farms and beekeepers. Visitors can explore the pedestrianised centre of Seefeld, play a round on the 18-hole golf course, take in the views from the Rosshütte mountain railway, or even join the locals for a swim in Wildsee lake.
Book by 5 March**.
Travelzoo tip: Request a Guest Card at the hotel reception, then visit the Seefeld tourist office to purchase a bus pass for 12€, giving a week's unlimited travel throughout the region's five villages.
