The Deal

The Boot Inn, an 18th-century former coaching inn in the Wiltshire countryside, is "a picturesque pub with gorgeous gardens and delicious food", according to The Times. The Berwick St James pub is now inviting Travelzoo subscribers into its snug surrounds for a 2-course meal with a glass of wine each, for £12.50 a head.

Take up a fireside seat at the former coaching inn while you dine on all of the following (which would usually cost up to £48.10 for two):

- A glass of house red or white wine each
- A starter each -- current options include warm smoked eel served with crispy pancetta, radicchio and dill soured cream, or warm smoked Capricorn goat’s cheese with char-grilled vegetables and a tomato dressing
- A main course each*, such as beef olives with creamy garlic potatoes and red wine and mushroom sauce, or roast monkfish with Savoy cabbage and clam casserole

The pub is praised by TheGoodPubGuide.co.uk for its "good, locally sourced food and friendly efficient staff". Wilton House, Salisbury town centre and Stonehenge are all within 10 miles of the inn.
