The Small Print

This voucher is valid for two people and must be used in one visit. Each person is entitled to a 6-course tasting menu dinner. Deal is valid Monday-Saturday, from 1 February-30 April. Excludes Valentine's Day and bank holiday weekends. Subject to availability. Reservations are required. Cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. Additional vouchers may be purchased per person or as gifts. There is no limit to the number of vouchers that may be used per table. Any additional items ordered will be charged at their usual value. Menu items are subject to change. No cash value or cash back. Gratuity is not included. The sale period for this deal has been extended for the Valentine's Day Gift Guide.

The Deal

The AA has awarded the Design House Restaurant two Rosettes for excellence, whilst The Michelin Guide 2013 raves about the restaurant's "tasty classics" and the "ambitious modern dishes". Discover it for yourself with a 6-course tasting menu for two for £49 (instead of the usual £110).

The menu may change, depending on seasonal availability, but here's an example of what to expect:
-Amuse celeriac velouté with Lancashire cheese custard, seeds and nuts
-Salad of ewe's curd with peas, radishes, olive oil and honey
-Wild mushrooms, grilled over pine needles, with forest floor garnishes
-Quail pot noodle
-Braised halibut with razor clam chowder and oyster leaf
-Partridge with pickled blueberries and ginger parkin
-Milk chocolate with thyme, tangerine and crispy yoghurt

An optional cheese course is £8 more per person.

This deal can be used Monday-Saturday, from 1 February-30 April.
